It was not a true bowl. It was kiddie size. Only half full. Very disappointed. Also very disappointed with the reaction of the staff member I addressed this with. Expressionless.

Munster,IN : I put an order in at 10:40am to pick up at 11:10am. The app informed me my order was ready, so I head up there. I got there and it wasn't ready. I didn't get my order til almost 11:30am. I took the order home to find out the toppings I requested were not all on my food. No lettuce, no mild tomato mixture, no medium green salsa. The only thing they kept yelling out at the restaurant was that they were out of Guac, which I didn't order anyway. So what happened to my other toppings?

Where is the manager? A girl rushed me ordering. I never been here before and had questions. She had hair past her butt. She swung it around over the food. Where is her hair net?? Where is the health dept.? This is not sanitary. The cashier was nice. This is not what I expected from chipotle's reputation. If their stock prices go down, worker like the one with the long hair is why. Chipotle's allows this. When I bake,cook at home, I wear a hair net and use a lint roller even though I have no pets. Hair gets on you and you don't even know it. She was rude too!!!! I hope management puts a rule in place every worker pits a hair net on! I saw her put full containers in with her hair over the other containers! I told the cashier I'm sorry but after seeing her hair over touching food I cannot pay for this nor accept this order.Then I left. Not going back! Gross.

There be problems we're being able to get what you want at dinner time I went from one location because they was out of chicken to another location only to be able to get the chicken Bowl but they were out of cheese by the time you get through wasting gas for from one location to another you might as well choose something else for dinner and you don't get a discount because they are out of something that she wanted you still going to pay the full price I think this is very unfair to the customers I also feel that the workers just don't want to do the extra work because they are so busy prepping to be able to get out of the store by a certain time someone needs to tell them that customers come first keeping your custom satisfied keeps you a store full

I normally don't have any problems whenever I order from this particular location. This location is the closest to my home but I always order through the app since it's a 25-30 minute drive, depending on traffic. My orders are normally correct and the portion sizes are always good so I've never had any complaints. However, I'm forced to say something this time. Today makes two days in a row this week that I've order the same thing: Chicken Bowl with brown rice, guacamole, extra roasted chili corn salsa, romaine lettuce, tomatillo-green chili salsa, and extra chicken. Unfortunately both times you've all gotten my order wrong. The first time my order didn't have any lettuce and instead had ingredients that I never asked for: sour cream, cheese, and what seemed like pico de gallo. And today my order didn't have any guacamole. Like I previously said, I've never had any complaints and I know these type of things may happen once in a while but twice in a row? Come on now. I'm still considering to keep ordering from this location because I really love chipotle and the flavor has always been good but I'm really hoping you all try to be more careful and pay attention to what people order because we get charged to receive what we ask for and to not get that? It's kind of upsetting . Thanks.

Hell NO! It’s been a while since I’ve been to this location, so I decided to stop in. I immediately noticed how the staff was disorganized in the back. The restaurant was dirty, floor and tables filthy. I went to the bathroom before placing my order and was completely disgusted by what I saw. That was no toilet paper in either stall, feces on one of the toilets, paper everywhere. A worker had just finished her business when I went in, but do you think she went to at least get toilet paper or someone to clean? Nope! I could only imagine what the kitchen looked like! I was completely turned off and walked out without ordering. I won’t be back.

Customer service at this location is horrible. On more than one occasion I have ordered via the website for pick up and the food is not ready at pick up time and the food is wrong. Tonight was no different. Order was placed for 9:40pm. When I arrived for my pick up time it wasn't ready and I was told 5 to 10 more minutes. I waited. He asked my name again after 10 minutes and I was told another 5 to 10 minutes. My name was called at 10pm. My order was for crispy tacos and when opening my order it is soft tacos. I was not made aware that crunchy was not available. This is a bit ridiculous when it happens the majority of times I order. There were people complaining in the store. I will not be using this location any more. Word of mouth can be your best advertisement or worst.Angela

I just wanna say y’all bogus as Hell for how y’all treat online orders ! I Didn’t ask for any beans and I’m allergic and had to be taking to the hospital tonight! I spent 35$ for me and my daughter food for it it be BOGUS! Nothing that I asked for was in my BOWL!! y’all are lucky I swear to god!

I'm a 1 strike and you're out when you give me something I didn't order. Taco was ordered and a quesedilla was prepared. This Chipotle needs retraining. It was sloppy and chaotic and I'm being generous. And Scott, I'd get on the re-training tip asap. I've never been to this location and will never return, if I'm being honest.
