My brother recently had his birthday and chose to come here since he wanted ice cream. Even though this location is usually busy, the staff is very friendly, and the facility is clean. We each had a burger with fries and a drink. Followed by a blizzard for each of us. The staff was very polite and helpful. Loved the music they played. This is definitely one of the nicer DQs in the area.

To many young ladies. It was an issue in the driveway with a senior but I was inside the store. I had to wait to get a swirl cone until the senior drove away without her things. It was like 6 young ladies standing around listening to what happen instead at least 1 came to help me. This use to be my favorite location but no more.

I have loved Dairy Queen my whole life. I try to give things a chance, but if your get anything but the hotdogs here you are fine. But the hotdogs are made in such a messy manner they are near inedible. No care is taken whatsoever. I have bought my last hotdog here. Which is a real shame, because DQ hot dogs have been my favorite as long as I can recall.Edit: I gave it another chance and it was the same.While in Portland I stopped by a Dairy Queen and they made my hot dog perfectly. See 3rd photo.

The chili dogs are disgusting and the slushy taste like it had some time of oil in it. The cherry lime was just nasty.

I ordered a chicken basket it arrived stale and burnt, the dipping sauce was straight liquid like water but I ordered gravy. The Cheesecake blizzard arrived with just strawberry ice cream and vanilla. The order was disgusting. I called to file a complaint and there were two girls playing on the phone, they both said they were store managers. I asked for their names and they refused then later during the call said it’s Kelly. I rarely complain but this needs to be rectified. I was respectful and from the start of the call they were rude and took my call as a joke. I contacted corporate and waiting for a response. Complaining is not something I do at all but this incident definitely need me to be looked at. I have the call recording and images of the disgusting food.
