This Domino's is my absolute favorite. There's always incredibly positive energy and a great vibe when we walk in. Everyone is so friendly, and our order is always right. It's bright and clean and above and beyond anything I would expect of a carryout Domino's store. Excellent job!

This is my third experience at this store, this never do the car side delivery, food was making worse than anywhere else. Ordered 2 toppings pizza and there was one piece of toppings on each slice of the pizza and pizza base was not cooked well. I would not recommend this Main Street store at Munster at all, not worth money for their food.

Beware! Their pizza formula changed again. They added too much yeast, or they didn't let the dough rise long enough, so you get a weird gassy/chemical taste in your mouth, that is yeast gas. The pepperoni was super-salty, and the cheese wasn't even melted. Their pizza is no longer what is used to be. This is the third time this year they have messed up my pizzas and it will sadly be the last time I ever get dominoes, I'll be making my own from here. What is going on with these restaurants?They have great customer service at this location, the pizza just sucks.

The pizza was in my opinion not that great for what I paid. Just not very flavorful or special. The service and delivery was prompt and friendly though.

I had the coupon for the "free pizza" that I received in the mail. As much as I love both things "free" and "pizza", I was reluctant to do so simply because I didn't want to have them run around strictly for my free order when they had a lot of things to do. However, that didn't meanest thing to the manager, Jacob. He was as cool and as professional as can be, and I will definitely be going back to this location to order pizza, coupons are no coupons. Super glad that they just opened, and no more than four minutes from my home. Thanks again, Jacob and company, and I hope to frequent your establishment again.Post Script.....Definitely....... That is, if you can, and have the means to do so.... Leave these guys a tip. It's well worth it, and they really do work their behinds off at that place to make sure that people are treated decently and they come home with decent pizza.
The new way of tipping for a service before you receive it ....that should really be revisited. I mention this because on a $18 order. I tipped $15. Being nice.... Before I received the service I did. Which is unacceptable. The manager offered in-store credit for a medium pizza. Okay. Yeah. Literally the least you can do after messing it up is making sure I get the right one, once..should have been made that very second and delivered. But now due to the inconvenience on a hefty tip....this is the 4th time a order of mine has been messed up.On top of their text service not working. What's the point of opting in to not wake someone in the house if they don't use it. But instead knock on the door. Without any 2min away text.

Being a Munster resident you would think they deliver to Munster. They do not. Instead of being polite and helping me find a location that would deliver to me, the KID on the phone was rude, unhelpful and hung up on me. Disappointed in the level of customer service, would not recommend. It's sad when you can't support the business in your own area because of poor treatment!!
