Bread was hard . Disappointed because that is the one thing they are noted for and I had a taste for that incredible sandwich with the soft fresh bread. Spoiled the sandwich today for my father and I. He couldn’t chew it and I had a difficult time chewing as well.

My son and I went in and ordered. He ordered a sandwich no mayo no onion no lettuce get home and its smothered in mayo not to mention we didn't get the cookie we paid for. We get home and try calling the store 4 times and they pick the phone up and hang it up. HORRIBLE and there were 4 people working.

Great delivery service!! I messed up and left the wrong contact number for a difficult to find delivery location. when I called, they were very nice and sent the food back out.

The only reason I wouldn’t give 0 stars is because the food was fine. But this location is TERRIBLE. For months they didn’t bother to label our food which made it terrible when we had larger orders. Finally I complained and half the time it still isn’t done. The service is slow, at least one employee is on their phone every time I come in. Often my food isn’t even started when I order ahead on the app. I’ve even started showing up late hoping it would at least be done. The employees are unapologetic and disinterested. I will not be returning to this location and have reached out to costumer service about the recent lousy experience at this franchise.

4 girls working around 4:00 pm and all there attitudes were bad no one greeted me when I came in I even said hello to 2 other ladies that were working and no one said a thing even when it came down to taking my order she just came to the register and stared at me and not say a word. It’s workers like these that ruins a good reputation for a good business having the wrong people working for you can bring your business down they were to busy listening to music putting AirPods on and on they’re phones.

Ordered ONE sandwich and a drink to be delivered @ 12:45.. it’s after 2 pm and I still don’t have my order! Called manager and got told they were short staffed and taking longer than normal. Ok, I get that. But then when I called again and asked where my order was, he said it must’ve been delivered to wrong address. Stated they’d remake it and send it to me, then hung up. Didn’t wait for a response or anything! Rude and TERRIBLE customer service! I’m still waiting for this order to be delivered?!

Ordered online, they managed to mess up my order not once but twice. One was a gargantuan with just meat and cheese and the other one was a number 9 with no onion. They put everything on the gargantuan and they put onions on the number 9. I didn't find any of this out til I got home, called them up was really cool cause I understand mistakes happen and no one's perfect and I had even told the manager no onions on the number 9 my daughter doesn't like onions so when I had went to go back there I checked my sandwiches just in case, the gargantuan was good this time but the number 9 still had onions on it then they wanna start referring to how the original receipt said nothing about no onions. I get that but starting over I legit told you no onions on the phone so why are there still onions. This jimmy johns is ran by a bunch of kids the manager herself looked to be like 18 or 19. I suggest not coming to this location

I called to order lunch today because I didn't see an option online to do so. I was told they turned off their online ordering due to being shirt staffed.. I decided to go elsewhere.. in less than 30 minutes, a Co worker of mine ordered and had her food delivered, as she does practically every day. I chose delivery because I have a 30 min break period, and by the time I got there. I'd have to basically scarf my food down. Very disappointed.
