Overpriced items. I got rice and brussel sprouts and ended up paying around $40. The rice didn't have much flavor. The veggies I got in the rice tasted as if they were frozen. Not worth the amount charged.

I ordered a carry out order and my total was roughly $53 for 2 items, which was fine and I had no issue with..What I DID have an issue with, was when I asked for sweet and sour sauce, I was told that it would cost $1.50!I was told that what I ordered (fried rice and the Yakisoba) didn’t come with ANY sauce, but if I wanted some, I’d have to pay for it!I then requested to speak to the manager, who then confirmed that I would not be able to receive sweet and sour sauce if I didn’t pay for it!This is ridiculous! I had just spent $53 for 2 items!!!! Although their food is good and NOT inexpensive , it’s not worth me going back when I have to pay extra for sauce..I thought Kitaro would be a good addition to our area as far as restaurants go, but I will NOT be going back when my patronage is not appreciated and additionally, I’m nickel and dimed for the smallest things. And the manager was politely nasty.

We've dined in a couple times and I usually get takeout from them about once per week. The takeout is always good. I'm not a sushi person but the Firecracker Roll and Dragon Kisses are really good.Today we showed up, table of 5, a little over an hour before close. The service was polite and efficient, we didn't feel rushed at all despite it being so close to closing. We had drinks, 4 appetizers, entrees, and dessert. I had the miso soup (absolutely delicious) and the rest of my table had the clear soup which they liked. Everyone enjoyed their food selections, there were no complaints. The drinks were well balanced.

Plenty of parking, attentive service, decent food. The quality of the cuts of meat and seafood can be better and lack craftsmanship. The fried rice and stirred fry lacked the wok finish. The scallops can use more sear / crust. The service and the attentiveness of the staff were sublime. It is overall a good experience.

Korean Short Rib was so dry I couldn’t swallow. The replacement comes out and my wife spotted a long blonde hair mixed in with the vegetable side. All of this on Valentine’s Day. The Manager did not look surprised. This was our first and last time eating here.Vegetarian options: Spotted long blonde hair mixed in vegetable dish

Something has changed at this place. It use to be my go to for Ramen Noodles and Rolls. They have good Sake and they make the best Koren Short Ribs too. At least the last time I order them. It's been a while. But my last two visits were not an awesome experience. Our last visit we did order Ramen Noodles and it took wayyy to long. The sweet potatoes roll was much smaller than it use to be but still good. Once the Ramen's came out one dish wasn't correct. No compensation for that long wait and incorrect dish. I didn't send it back because, you guessed it, I was ready to eat. The crowd was very light.They also need to do some painting, patching and fixing in there. It almost feels like something has changed within management or owners? And not in a good way.Service was still good, thank you Chris. Good thing they don't add gratuity to the check because you'd be under tip.
