Went to this location after already visiting the Calumet and the Highland McDonald's because both have broken frappe machines, to be told last night at 9:30 that there was no frappes after already waiting inside at the register for almost 10 minutes while numerous workers bagged up food for the drive-thru with their backs turn to customers not even paying attention if new customers had come in or waiting for their order to be taken sadly this was not even the worst of my experience here I watched as a female worker scratched at her head /hair and then proceeded to touch food

On 4/13, I waited 50 minutes after ordering at 8:51 PM in the drive-through for a meal for a single person. I was not offered a refund or even an apology. Will never return to this location again.

Ordered 2 double pound deluxe with everything. Condiments, lettuce, tomato were scarce. Took it back. Spent 20.00. Just thrown together. I know it's hard out here for people in public service but come on.

Rude employees. so much for “fast food” took 15 minutes to get two 10 pieces nuggets. Only gave us one large drink and argued saying we didn’t get two meals even though that’s what i paid for and was clearly on the receipt.

The customer service is horrible. I just came from there on 3/6/2024. I went to the drive thru and ordered my food. When I got to the payment window the lady who was taking them money was very rude. I asked her why my total was higher than normal. She said that she rang up my order and that it was the correct price. I told her that the sign at the drive thru was not updated and it said a different price. She begins to pull out some paper saying that the prices changed on Feb 20th. I told her well how was I supposed to know that if the signs is not changed on the board. She started to get smart with me so I asked for a manager. The manager came and she wasn’t any help at all. She pulled out the same paper telling me the same thing. Then the rude employee started talking to me from behind the manager. So I asked her who was the manager because why is she talking to me and I’m speaking with the manager. Then the rude lady gonna say if I didn’t have the money then I should have stayed at home meanwhile the supposed manager was just standing there looking lost. The First Lady should have just stated that she was going to inform the manager that the signs need to be changed and the manager should have just acknowledged that it was a error and that would have been the end of it . They need to get some training on customer service.

Worst McDonald's site. The employees are rude and incompetent. They won't give you your food when it's clearly behind them and can see the name on the order. They want you to show them your physical phone even tho you gave them the number for pick up. They will not cancel and refund your food either. They say you don't get charged until you take your food but the app clearly takes the money and there is no way to cancel the order or get a refund on the app. They are clearly stealing from customers that way. Don't order from the app at this place and don't go there unless you want to deal with rude customer service. I've been to worse area McDonald's with way better service than here.
