Very disappointing. This place is super expensive. 55$ for two burgers is steep. The worst thing was the burger ? had no flavor and they were patties. The Cajun fries were great. The strawberry shake was average. The staff was great but couldn't save this place. Just save your money.

First time going, I got the double meathead burger and fries.. I guess I was expecting thicker more meaty patties for a restaurant named with meat in the title. The burger was very thin patties and kinda salty, the fries are very thin and also seemed way too salty. It wasn't bad, but for the price I'm not sure if I would say it's any better than culvers.

My date was craving meat so I decided to satisfy with a trip to Meatheads. The customer service was excellent - the cashier answered any all questions we had whether it was an opinion on a food item or whether we should get this or that.Keep in mind that you order everything at the counter and then sit down and wait for it. The food doesn't come in meals so the price can sneak up on you depending on what burger, sides, and drink you get. However, everything we ordered was delicious. The one odd thing is that we were the only ones in the restaurant for a time before others came in so if you like peace and quiet this may be the place for you.

Food is always good. Would give 5 stars but had a weird experience when I went though the drive through today 1.26.23 around 2:30. The drive through usually takes longer than normal drive throughs but that’s not the issue. When I pulled up to the window I handed the man my card. I sat in the drive for about 10 minutes the whole time they had my card and went somewhere out of sight. I thought they went to try a different card machine but when he reappeared he ran my card right there at the window. Makes me wonder what he was doing for 10 minutes with my card where I couldn’t see them. If there are any unauthorized purchases on my statement I’ll know where to go and who to blame though.

Best burger place. It tastes even better when you dine-in vs take-out. The fresher, the better. Price is definitely worth it compared to the fast food restaurants and other burger places around.

woman at counter could not have been more annoyed that shehad to wait on us. ijust about walked right out the door but didnt want to embarrass my wife... i tried to make small talk but she wouldnt even look at me.. anytime she talked she mumbled to the point i had to ask my wife what she said... may have been the rudest anyone has ever been at a fast food place like this.. food was ok but the price was ridiculous but i guess thats the case everywhere these days. high priced food and employees who for whatever reason refuse to even show basic common courtesy..

I customized my chicken sandwich with gluten free bread and it was tasty, fresh, and a great size. The Cajun fries were delicious as well. The coffee shake tasted slightly odd like a chemical, but other than that the meal was pretty good.Dietary restrictions: GLUTEN FREE Bread

Just a regular consistent restaurant. There really isn't anything too impressive about this place, but they don't have some kickass milkshakes. Other than that I wouldn't find a very big reason to really suggest to come to this unless you needed a quick lunch and something to grab and order online. This was the place that most of my colleagues went to during lunch.

I ordered through Uber Eats and they sent me 3 cold ((patties)) on a bun. The guy argued with me and tried to lie and say allot of people order this and then hung up on me without trying to give me what I actually ordered. I ordered chilli cheese fries too and I got a box full of cold fries and 4 containers with chilli and cheese. I will never order from here again.

They didn't understand my order over the phone and when I got there 20 mins later they didn't start on it I had to send my wife inside to speak Spanish and wait another 15 min and my meat ball sandwich was over covered in sauce so that was a waste of money cause I didn't eat it smhThis is not a typo or error 9140 calumet ave #101, Munster in 46321 and ur right it was a chili cheese dog and chili and cheese comes in a cup on the side and my wife burger wasn't so good either. Am just being honest and I dnt have receipt no more. But long story short I want be going back or recommended ppl as well unless later it's different. Good morning
I used the drive thru service. The staff was great, top notch. Unfortunately, the value for what you pay versus the food you receive is terrible. First and last time I visit Meatheads.

Made an online order, came to pick up during my lunch hour and I was personally handed the wrong food with a different name. I walked right back in and informed them, was told that was the only order there for pick up and I addressed that it wasn't my name on the order. Cashier then asked me where I placed my order because that's the only one they had and I informed her it was an online order, she checked her system and walked away so I assumed she was just going to get my order. They then said my food was not ready because a Driver took my food and they would remake it. As I was waiting I asked if I could substitute my fries and was told due to my order being online I had to pay, I asked for the manager who came up and stated they could not substitute for the inconvenience because it's not their fault the driver took the wrong food, yet I was personally handed the wrong order? Once questioned she said she would substitute but the wait would be longer, im already on a limited lunch which is why I ordered with time online. Cancelled my order and went to work with no lunch, that's what I get for trying a new place lol

Its my first time ordering here and it was great. My hamburger with lettuce, onion and tomato was well done right off the grill. The fries were great. I think I waited 5 to 10 minutes for the food. It's cool there and I'm definitely going back. It wasn't busy for lunch time plus there was good parking.

Barely ok. Burger was greasy and sliding off the bun. Meat was flavorless, fries were soggy and over salted and now I know why the place was empty. Not worth 17$ for burger, fries and drink. Best part was the pickles. And that was the cheap meal. Save your money. Waste of time
