the help was great and nice and all but the product is way to expensive ... we ended up throwing it out after eating less then 1/4 of the small bowl ... also i found it funny that they seem to hide their prices pretty good ...i think the smallest dish was over 11 dollars [12oz] ill never go back and they can keep their free offer for another one ... i would not eat another one for a payment of less then 50 dollars ... i dont see how they will survive or even sell franchises ... also ive been eating a plant based diet for a good 50 years so the ingredients are not new to me ...

The bowls here are delicious but this is one of the most disorganized business I have ever been to. Nautical bowls had a major advertisement for buy 1 bowl get the 2nd free. However they launched this advertisement without the app properly work so you cannot get your free bowl. In addition there are days no manager comes in at all, so zero problems can get resolved especially since the staff although patient and kind is also clueless. Additionally on days they are supposed to be open, I’m assuming on no manager days, sometimes they are closed due to no one showing up. This business although the product is good is inconsistent and doesn’t prioritize customers satisfaction whatsoever.

Update: I gave Nautical another chance. Gloves were used this time. The bowl was perfectly made and delicious. I used the email provided by management in my original review, but no one ever responded.I like having healthy options close by, but I was grossed out the last time I was there because the girl didn’t use gloves to cut up the banana and to prepare my bowl.
The experience Was great. Customer service was at an A+ if you like fruit frozen fruit as your base this is probably the place for you not so much for me just really not my cup of tea but it’s worth a try especially on a summer day family friendly the kids will love, you have a sweet tooth. This is not the spot it’s all natural.

We love açaí bowls and were excited to try this new spot in town. It is a small storefront with only counter seating and just one worker. We ordered two small bowls and they were both delicious! We were super happy to see they grind their own nut butters. The bowls were perfect - not overly sweet. We will definitely be back.
