The food was warm but not hot when I picked it up. Probably because it sat on an unheated shelf for who knows how long. They never updated the order in the app to show that it was ready. When this concern was taken to an employee, she just laughed. Tried to call to talk to a manager, but they never picked up, the phone just disconnected. They really need to learn about customer service here.

They hit and miss ,we went twice and the first time me and my husband went the food was very good. I got the chicken alfredo with the garlic bread, and my husband got the Asian noodles with roasted chicken, but the second visit was not satisfactory the noodles were dry and swollen and I got something else from the last time and wasn't happy

Buffalo Mac and cheese was fire. The sweet lady with the bun guided me on the options. I never been to a Noodle and Co. The cheese sauce is naturally loose and kinda watery, so they said to order it with two extra Colby jacks. Much better! So creamy!

The cook had to ask the front counter what ingredients went into the dish I ordered. My food was not bad, but it makes you wonder if there were items missing that would have made the dish awesome.

Wow, anyone who eats at this place does not love themselves. It’s amazing that they have all their ingredients listed fully for everyone. Every single item on the menu will give you extreme health and mental problems. One should seriously consider staying far away from any wheat or gluten products. Any soy, and dairy. Canola oil, vegetable oil, and soy oil is the worst oils you can use. They use processed sugar and processed salt. Mind you a lot of restaurants in USA does this. If you care about your health and well being. If you truly care you will stop eating at places like this. Start allowing the sun to feed you naturally. This is a huge wake up call right now!!!

The food is tasty. The place is comfortable. However, it is just a tad bit over priced.

Got order to go, tried the Japanese pan noodles, was very dry and noodles were gummy, not appetizing at all. I feel that if it would have been earlier in the day, it might have tasted better.

So I ordered chicken prosciutto tortellini with smoked Gouda and it was no chicken at all. They told me I was the 1st customer of the day so I don’t know why what they mess up my order I got all the way home. I say nowhere near the restaurant, and I have no chicken at all not happy whatsoever.
