I had the smokey chipotle chicken & avo breakfast sandwich. It had good flavor, but one little piece of chicken that didn’t even cover 1/4 of the sandwich. Very sad that they charge so much money for their product and you definitely don’t get what you pay for. If my mom didn’t like their bagels, I would never go to Panera. This may be the very last time I go to Panera ever again at the Munster location or any other location. Can’t continue to support a chain that can’t can’t produce a product you pay for.

My adopted brother frequents panera's of different locations for his school work. They tend to have a very formal atmosphere.Wheelchair accessibility: If you happen to be using a wheelchair, the wheelchair ramp is conveniently placed right in front of the door.

Looked nothing like the picture. This was the smallest, saddest sandwich I've ever seen. For a Tomato Basil BLT, I'm still looking for the B, as you can see in the video?? and for the price? NEVER again!

Drove right past the place because the outside lights were off and it was dark out never was right and never was here before then I finally get inside and they don’t have an order ready and then they didn’t have the bread that I wanted it on and then they give me an attitude I wouldn’t go there ever again

This location had diminished greatly over the years. From the stale bread products to the poor customer service of the drive thru window, to the shrinking amount of meat on sandwiches, stale cinnamon rolls and charged lemonades that taste like water. Ridiculous.

The office I work for orders from this Panera at least once a week. Over time we’ve noticed the portions get smaller and smaller- especially with the salads. What gives? The prices remain the same yet the salads are only filled halfway. They also forgot our bread with today’s order.. very disappointing.

The drive thru attendant was very annoying. I could not understand her and she sounded like she was just being goofy. Portion sizes are lacking for the price and the bread, which they are known for, is just so hard it was too difficult to eat. It was a waste of $35 that I wouldve been happier to spend with a local small business with better quality food and service. I mean $11 for a cup of mac n cheese that wasn't any better than a box from the grocery store. The sandwich was mostly bread and just thrown together. I'm not sure why this place is popular.

Told me to keep waiting and that my drink is coming out. 15 minutes I waited, told 6 employees and they all said “yeah it’s coming out.” Never got my drink, manager refunded me for it but it was horrible customer service on the employees part.

I usually forget that Panera has a drive-thru, but it is so convenient. This location gets you in and out. The soups and drinks are always really good. Great place for a quick bite.
