It is not the food tasted bad, however it would be nice if the toppings sauce and cheese made it closer to the edge. I ordered a large, but it was like a large pizza crust with a small pizza with toppings sitting in the middle. I know they can do better.

Part of my order was missing and after talking to two employees their answer was to credit my next order which was impossible since I don't live in Indiana! Then 1/3 of one of the pizzas had no cheese on it, just dough and mushrooms.

Order a couple pizzas for delivery about 5 hours in advance. Half an hour passes by the delivery time, and there is no delivery. Call and get told it was delivered, and come to find out it was delivered to the neighbors next door. Opened the boxes and there were ants inside.

One time I ordered a pizza I got that pizza and it was good mhmmmmm I ate that thing and thought I'll never order anything else. Great customer service. If there's somethin hungry in your neighborhood, who you gonna call? papa johns mhmmm. Yep best pie in the whole world!!!

I wanna start off by saying I go to this location alot and never have and issues but man the fellas working in the kitchen tonight need a raise!! Picked up around 6:00pm came home had to of been the most perfect Papa John's pizza ive ever had in my life!! We had got a original crust and a thin crust with breadsticks. Phenominal, just looked perfect,!! You guys are killing it!

Pizza is always good but I decided to try the boneless wings tonight and they were literally inedible.They were like.... Hard in the way that you get that muscley part of chicken texture & obviously you ran out of sauce or something because what????? I won't get them again.I'm trying to attach a pic but it won't let me but literally my wings are practically dry.

I had stopped going here the last few years, I tried it again a few months ago..was perfect.. then again.. perfect.. and then tonight was the best Papa Johns pizza i ever had..They dont skimp on the cheese and extra cheese is crazy generous. Also, finally a place that when you order heavy sauce, they put it on... Dunno what changed there from a bit ago , but its awesome...Im back!

Delivery Driver was rude. Called me to come grab the food MYSELF after I specifically requested no contact delivery, because I’m a woman and it was 1am. Then, when he parked in front of the next building over, he blamed me for putting the “wrong” address when I walked over to him confused… I checked and I put the address correctly on my order.I’ve ordered a LOT of Papa Johns in my life, usually late in the night, and I have NEVER been treated that poorly by a delivery driver before. Also, I tipped him $10, on my card, and I’ve never regretted a tip amount before (I know that it’s my fault for pre-tipping, but come on bro. For real?)The food was ok, the NY style was kinda disappointing, so I’m gonna say it was a 2-star experience overall. I’m usually not this petty, but this made me miss my old Papa Johns in Schererville…

The “manager” is an absolute disgrace to any person who has worked in the service industry.So we had game night, ordered 3 large pizzas and an order of wings.Driver gets to the house, pounds on the door like the police (which nothing wrong but like the door bell works?) hands us the pizzas and tries to dip quickly. So my friend asked to see the receipt for the order to make sure we were at fault. Driver was super nice and nothing was his fault.Wings didn’t come no worries wasn’t on the receipt our bad.We placed a new order because all my friend wanted was some wings.The “manager” called us back after placing the order, to yell at us for making their driver come back out. This “manager” COLD CALLED A CUSTOMER TO COMPLAIN TO US FOR PLACING A SECOND ORDER AND “WAISTING HIS AND HIS DRIVERS TIME”Wow. I’m speechless. I’ve never had an issue with papa johns. The one in Crown Point PHENOMENAL.This one. Just go anywhere else. Especially if you make a mistake on a large order. They will call and harass you.
