I was just thinking of grabbing a lunch time slice but I do not support this place no more. I usually do not write these kinds of reviews but I have been a very long time customer of this place, since they first opened up, and had been thinking of my LAST experience ever here which took place last weekend. And I am here to share with you all today. So like any weekend my wife and I called and went in to grab a pie and it was an ABSOLUTE disaster. The wait over the phone was 45 minutes to 1 hour, which usually I wait no longer than 20 minutes to get food from here. We hung up the phone and decided to drive up there to go in and order in person. At first, we was confused about the 45 minutes to 1 hour carry out time, until we came in to see a long line of people waiting for their food and just two young boys in the back seemingly struggling to complete everyone that’s waiting’s orders. When our pizza was finally ready and we were paying for it, one of the staff members was very friendly and apologized for the wait which I appreciated and told him that. I get it every place has staff shortage issues nowadays but this was RIDICULOUS, management should be ashamed of themselves! Rosati’s has very good food, but it is not worth waiting 1 and a half hours for, never again, if Google would let me give 0 stars I would. My wife has already tried leaving a review on here but it seems that they have deleted it and we are trying to contact corporate for all this

Ordered food a week before for catering for an office event that was supposed to arrive no later than 3:30 pm and it didn’t arrive until almost 5:00 pm. Very disappointed in such tardiness. I was told the driver had an accident earlier in the day and I would have expected if this was true that management would have stepped in to help.They gave us 2 2-liters of pop for the inconvenience which was no where near sufficient. Thank goodness the food was fresh when it arrived.

The food was good no complaints. I got two deep dish pizzas and some wings for my family. My only issue is that my total price was different from what was stated online, to when I went in the store to pay for my order. I was charged a extra 4% technology fee for using my credit/debit card. I thought that was crazy. I understand fees associated with credit/debit transactions for small businesses, but in this time & age when most people don't use cash, to charge a customer an additional fee is crazy. You do see some gas stations and convient stores charged you fee if you don't spend a certain amount. I've even been to other Rosati's in NWI and never been charged an extra "technology fee". I did question it but the cashier really didn't have an answer for it, so I just paid it. It did kind of ruin the experience. Your online price should match the in store price. IJS

Upon my arrival, there was nobody sitting in eating. Given that this time of day business is normally a little slow down before it picks up for rush-hour so I was able to converse with the service available there, and finding out management is well conducted at this location. I was able to have a, great conversation with the staff available. The staff seemed new generation, which gave good vibes, knowing that our future Pizza at Rosati‘s is in good hands. There’s nothing like being able to enjoy food that you love and have the comfort of service with hospitality to always appreciate.Now the location looks very well clean and kept up to code from the walk-in through the door.On my next visit, I will be doing a more detail observing this facility so we can have a more better update and to give them an opportunity to get all their stars.Because it’s not fair that I didn’t get to have a fresh just came out of the oven slice of pepperoni pizza. The one I got to test out had been in the warmer for about 25-30 minutes. So next time it will be fresh and I will give the final final answer.Stay tuned till next time with another of your Google world top 7% champ from the Pizza camp.“SCREECHY F. BABY”Parking: The free parking is located directly outside the facility, which is sharing parking spaces with other businesses located within the plaza. With some parking being located directly in front of the business and many of a possible few that can be available just 5 to 10 feet away. In total 30 ?️ ? ? ?Kid-friendliness: The business is located in a safe area, so I will definitely say that there would be no issues having the kids hanging around enjoying themselves eating delicious food as if in comfort of home.Wheelchair accessibility: I’m not sure if this place is set up for handicap individuals in a wheelchair. I didn’t get the chance to survey the facility completely. the way the sitting arrangements are designed in the facility. You might be able to cater two individuals in wheelchairs, and still have motion to move around the table.I will have to properly observe the next time I visit.

Just dined in a couple hours ago and let me say the place is so clean and they have great music playing in the front!! Pizza was delicious and we even had some to go! Got to chat with the amazing and friendly staff Alex and Shams, will definitely be coming back again :)
