They messed up my sandwiches and when I called them person who was very rude with worst behavior. Extremely bad customer service. Won’t go back again. When I asked for other one they refused.

Did an online order , they called and said they didn’t have a bowl for the protein bowl, so I said just make other sandwiches and refund my money for bowl. She said fine, picked up sandwiches they said manager will be in at 7 to do it. I still was understanding, nothing still. I called 2 times the next day and they said Beth the manager is not there and the only one who can do it. It was only 10.00 but still. Why couldn’t no one fix this. I was very understanding but they didn’t care and just said she will call when she has time and nothing.

Ordered 2 aunite Anne's pretzels the other day, hard as a brick and tasted HORRIBLE!! They smelled like them but that was it. $6 out the window!

Customer service was terrible, didn't get the staff names but they were talking to each other about something not work related, she asks me if I want my sandwich toasted I said no, her other conversation was so important she toasted it anyway, then gets mad at when I said something about it. This location is horrible, I'll take my money to Jimmy John's.

Natalie, terrible customer service, she was mad, rude, aggressive. I went on January 29th about 7p.m , really bad experience with Natalie, her behavior is unacceptable, without any reason She gave us a horrible service. This review did not come easy. I tried to give this restaurant several chances to get it right, but maybe making sandwiches is more difficult than I’ll ever understand, because, I swear, they just can’t get it right and don’t ask for a manager. That person does not exist. We ordered a mobile order. It was prepared late. The sandwiches were thrown-together and inedible. AND we tipped the associate through the app. We won’t be coming back.Vegetarian options: We ordered veggie sandwiches. They, sloppily, threw the veggies onto the sandwiches and the bread was like chewing plastic. ?

Horrible service don’t go here came at 8pm and it sees they close at 10 pm teen employee was mad i was going to order. She kept saying “what else “on my sandwich every time for a topping in a very rude way. Going to go talk to manager tomorrow morning.

I love the place and the food was good and hot ... but I really hated the customer service because my mom and dad , don't speak to much English and they really try their best on ordering the food on English. and the workers just started been mean to us and making faces ( been racist ) in my opinion . We were saying thank you and they were making faces again . And just made me feel so bad like we don't belong here . I hope the management fix this because ... this kinda experience are not nice at all .

We waited for maybe 10 minutes while the girls goofed off talking about boys and partying. There was 3 girls and 2 were making only 6 sandwiches, Nobody said hello or welcome or even a "we will be right with you" it took us getting upset and walking out for a girl to rudely say have a great day! I will NEVER go back to this location! I worked for subway and yes mobile orders are important but you greet customers as they come in and if there is 2 of you you can take orders still.

Came here yesterday with my wife I started to order my sandwich and said I needed to take an item off that I am actually allergic to and I wanted to PAY to add another the older white woman 50 yr old or older stated very loud and rudely NO we cant do that , I said you cant take one thing off and add something and Im paying whatever the additional cost is ... She replied No shaking her head and said we cant do that at all and said i need to just order what is on the menu and that is it ! I have never been to a subway that treated me this way or couldnt take off an item on sandwich If Im allergic !! This was so ridiculous after her giving me bad looks and complaining about me not just ordering what is on the menu with no changes , I decided to leave and i went 3 min away to the Lansing subway and had mine and my wifes order made with no problems ! AVOID this place at all cost they obviously do not want to do their jobs ! I hope the Owner sees this gets rid of this woman she is not meant for this job obviously ! DO BETTER !Also noticed that the store was very dirty and not clean mayby not eating here was actauly a blessing !
