Food is fine. Issue is if you have a mobile order once you get to the speaker they tell you that you need to come inside to pick it up. Doesn’t make any sense. I’ve always went thru the drive thru no problem and got my order. What do you do at night when the dining room is closed and need to pickup your order?? They say it’s a new “rule”. Doesn’t make any sense. Recommend going to the Wendy’s in Dyer Indiana. Never ever have an issue there and line moves much quicker.

I would avoid this specific Wendy’s. I had a mobile order that I wanted to pick up through the drive-thru and they said I had to come inside even though I selected drive-thru in the app. I genuinely wanted to know why and they were pretty rude about it, they just said it’s a “new policy.” This was my first time back here in awhile so it’s fine if it’s a new policy, they just didn’t have to be so rude about it.

If you have not tried the biscuits and gravy at Wendy's it is definitely worth a try and the price is just right. I also find that Wendy's out of all the fast-food breakfast serving Chains Wendy's is by far the cheapest not to mention their breakfast is quite good. I realize that most people have their morning routines before going to work but I promise you upsetting the balance of the universe to take an alternate route to work will be worth it.Also the coffee isn't that bad and it's cheaper and the cup sizes are bigger then McDonald's Duncan and Burger King.

Masters...At consistently screwing up orders & not handing you your receipt! No condiments on my burger & customized toppings..was dry & cold. Stop hiring careless 16 year olds who can't even be bothered to read tickets. The young female worker was too busy talking to her friend by the counter & not acknowledging customers.
