Terrible customer service. They gave me the wrong order, which is always annoying, but a normal error. When I returned and told them that they had given me the wrong order, I was expecting an apology. Instead, they opened the boxes and told me that I did, in fact, get the wrong order. AS IF IM THE ONE WHO NEEEDS CONFIRMATION! She said that I could take a store credit for another time, or they could give me my order for free if I just wait 10 minutes. I said I would wait. She went back to her register and printed me a new receipt. I was waiting for her to go back into the register for my money, instead I received a blank stare. Assuming that shed forgotten about my money, I told her that I already paid. After she acknowledged that I had already paid, I asked her what I was getting for free. Apparently, they wouldn't charge me for the wrong pizzas that I had to drive back. After I understood the real "offer", I asked for my money back and left. I will never return to this Pizza Hut again. Never one apology

I like the pizza but I hate the cinnamon rolls. They always come cold. But everything else tastes ok.

Don't order pizza from here. They give you burnt pizza and don't want to give you a refund. Their Manager Hannah also has very poor customer service and believes that giving you the store number is personal and she can't give it out.

Sherry the manager can't/ wont fulfill the online orders that your charged for, so you'll have to wait a few days to be refunded if she decides she's done fulfilling orders that night.

I wish I could give this place zero stars....where should I start, this place is dark and has an odd smell. I order any way the 2 for $10 pepperoni pizzon and honey barbecue boneless wings. I asked to add on a supreme pizzon much to the dismay of the cashier. " you can't do that it's not $5", he said. I said I know I'll pay the $5.99. Okay fine, I'd already ordered through my phone app but because I was already in the parking lot decided to go ahead in to complete my order. Online my total was $16 something in store it was $18 something. Problem #2, the wings he charged $6 instead of $5. Okay let that slide as well....so I'm sitting with my son waiting and my son says she dropped your food. Surely he had to be wrong right because 2 minutesater they're calling my name. I get home and sure enough my food had been dropped and they conveniently forgot to add cheese to my pizzon. No worries I won't be back I only went for the pizzon and it was all wrong. A total waste of money because it was gooey dough on the inside and also missing cheese. Way to go

I came in to pick up an order and needed to wait because I was early. I sat down at table that had a filthy holder that would usually hold paper towel, pepper flakes and Parmesan, but it was empty and filthy. The floor was terribly dirty especially under the tables. My arm literally stuck to the table--gross! I determined then to never get pizza there again, pick up or otherwise. Apparently the management is terribly lacking. We have gone to this Pizza Hut location for years and even two years ago it was still good. It's sad.

I don't even know how this business is open with all the complaints!! The manager is rude and over talked me and wouldn't listen!!! I placed an online order at 6:30. The app said 60-90min for delivery. Ok, fine...whatever. 8 my pizza was still not there n I waited an extra 30min just to give them time, thinking they were really busy. I call at 8:30 to see where my pizza was and she said we tried calling you? Umm no...and you didn't even leave a message. I said I ordered at 6:30. She gets nasty n says you're calling 2 hours later?! Woah...excuse me?! Your app said 60-90min, I was trying to give extra time!! She stated the delivery person leaves at 9. Ok??? And? I placed my order at 6:30!! You still had time. She told me I could pick up my order. No thanks!!! My first AND LAST time to ever deal with this joke of a place!!!!!!

When I walked in the cashier was rude and didnt want us to dine in. It was only 8:30 and they close at 11. Alex was nice to say it was ok for us to sit to dine in.

Ordered delivery 3 pizzas in total. Delivery guy was nice I got the pizzas in the house open the cheese pizza it was ok opened the beef mushroom and onion pizza and it had a horrible smell so I knew that it wasn't beef it was pork, and it was messy also ......long story short I took it back to the store and they replaced the pizza with the right 1 Got home and forgot that we didn't check the 3rd pizza (which was supposed to be chicken and onions) it had pork, beef onions. Now I'm irate we don't eat pork or beef (daughter eats beef but no pork) called back told them I just left there for a bad pizza that was delivered and we just checked the last pizza when we got back home(after a serious conversation)the manager sent another pizzas out and said he'd give us a store credit he was nice so it made the situation better.

I grew up on Pizza Hut as well as the local pizzerias. The Munster location was a place that was frequented after many Friday night basketball practices. The pizza never advanced but there is a tad of nostalgia for it. If I am in the mood for the stuffed crust, I will go with that, but it is the same as it ever was kind of pizza. The bread sticks are good too. It seems that they are always trying to come up with gimmicks to reinvent the wheel but those always look gross.

Went in an ordereed a medium cheese pizza to go. Waited 10 minutes, went and sttod by the register to "nudge" the person that I was there and it was done. Got it and went home. Kids liked it - which is the biggy. :)

If I could give zero stars than I would! Went for lunch with my two sons and a friend and her kids last week for the buffet and what an awful experience. After 10 minutes I had to go and find a server so that we could get beverages. When we went up to get food from the buffet 75% of the items were empty. The refilling of items was absolutely ridiculous. It was 15 minutes before the next tray of pasta came out... They only refilled the breadsticks once while we were there. The salad items were not fresh and the lettuce in the Caesar salad was so soggy from being overly dressed that it was just disgusting. When I asked the one and only employee I could find about refilling the buffet she was quite snotty with me and said that it would be five minutes and more pizza would be coming out. She also had to mention how swamped they were with a large order. I said a large order has nothing to do with your buffet. A buffet should have a dedicated worker constantly cleaning, restocking, and refilling items. This place is a joke! Will never come back.

Just disappointing. Placed an order and was charged. After a long wait I called to be told some BS story of not having a cook or delivery driver. Will never order again! Too add to this the so called manager simply didn't care.

Surpringly pleased by the pizza buffet! The variety: pepperoni, cheese, veggies, pineapple & ham and sausage all coming out as fast as you can shove them in your mouth. The dessert is also quite tasty. I highly recommend for $7

People are complaining because they want free food, they are complaining because its Pizza Hut. I had dinner at a friends house and they got a couple of pizzas. I didn't buy it so I didn't have a choice, but I figured yeah I haven't had Pizza Hut in a while... no big deal. Well... big deal. The things you can control are fine, but the ingredients and the Pizza just suck. Delivery was fast and the people are nice... The one star is because the Pizza is that damn bad!
