There were only 7 tables seated and 3 people working behind the counter and I stood there more than 15 minutes waiting to be seated after telling the person my name and that it was just me. They walked past me several times and did nothing. I left without getting seated. I would give them zero stars if I could. I have ate hera several times and they are always under staffed.

Lackluster, tasteless food in a lackluster, tasteless environment. Everything tastes precooked, frozen, and overly processed. Two stars for the friendly service, and the fact that it's one of only a few breakfast places in town.

It was ok this time. Our waitress didn't bring me my unsweetened tea she brought me water. I asked for wheat toast got biscuits my daughter told her so waitress brought me my toast.then my bill had where was gonna be charged for tea. But manager took off my bill. I left her a tip.

The menu has changed for the worst and the cost is up substantially. Family pot roast now does not include bread or any sides. Like many places the staff is running short. The roles that I finely did get was stale.

this used to be my favorite place for breakfast , but it has took a turn for the worst ! the home fries are wet and the bacon is always burned !! and tastes like it looks ! BURNED !!!!the manager is so nice but he needs help, not enough employees and who ever the chef is that is cooking the omelets please STOPPP!! and wash dishes instead !

Never do a pick up order! I ordered pickup and didn’t get all my food. They put the orange juice in the bag and it Spilt all over our food. Service was terrible. The lady had a attitude the whole time I was picking up my order

I’ve been here several times and my experience wasn’t too great. The first time I came here, Tara was my waiter and she made a rude comment to my friend after ordering. She said “Are you sure you want all that food? That’s a lot.” As a waiter you shouldn’t make a comment like that. She also didn’t show any personality nor seemed interested in serving us like she was doing her other tables. Then the other time I came here I tried to enjoy my food but all I could hear was yelling and loud laugher coming from the kitchen from several woman.

We have eaten at the bob evans in new Albany, In 3 times recently. We always get our favorite server Linda. I can’t recommend Linda or this bob evans location enough!! Linda will give you the most outstanding service you could get! She is very personable, and attentive to all of your needs. The food was prompt and delicious, and Linda’s service was outstanding. Give it a try, and ask for Linda!! You won’t be disappointed.
I put in an order on Nov 8th for 2 of the premium feast to be picked up on the 24th at 11am. I arrived at 11:30 into pure chaos! A male manger of the store was being asked by an older lady (she reminded me of my grandmother) how long it would be they had already been waiting an hour. He looked at her and said if you don't want to wait you can just leave, she said I wasn't being rude I'm just trying to get answers. He responded with I'm not just talking to you I'm talking to everyone! Everything here can just get refunded and leave and I'll close the store down!No one was being rude, yes there was grumbling but no one was yelling, cursing or anything.Once I received my meals I went to the car to check everything, first I noticed I was missing the ham, went back in and was told it was only one or the other not both. Not true but I doubted myself at first sat in my car reviewing my order, went back in and found an order form on a table and finally got my ham. By now its been almost 2 hours. Leave go home and am unloading the food into the fridge to realize I'm missing more things. 2 containers of stuffing, two containers of macaroni and cheese and one thing of cranberry sauce. I get back in my car and drive all the way back down to new Albany and am there for almost another trying to get my missing items.Worst experience ever, my anxiety was through the roof. Unfortunately will never buy from here again. Spent $350.00 for a very stressful experience.

A lot smaller than most Bob Evans. They close oddly early but there is a national worker shortage right now, cause certain freeloaders would rather live off the hard work of others.

I ordered some food and the French toast was good but the sausage was kind of eh. I also ordered a pumpkin loaf and they gave me banana nut loaf instead.
