They definitely have the best espresso. It's not watery, it's not burnt tasting. It's perfect. And their Strawberry Shortcake latte and blackberry cobbler latte are absolutely amazing! Super friendly staff and great atmosphere.

Cross contamination is a big problem here. I’ve been to this chain multiple times, and being extremely allergic to almonds (almond milk), somehow the regular milk is always tainted with it, and makes me very sick. I won’t be able to get coffee at this chain any more for health reasons.

I received a gift card to coffee crossing, but had never been to this location, so I decided to try it out. The service was quick and efficient, the coffee was nice and hot! I’ve never been disappointed with a coffee, crossing experience, and this one was just as good as all the rest!

We had to meet our daughter's wedding caterer for a meeting recently. I wasn't aware of this particular location. It was bright, clean and modern with ample parking. Service was very good and they had decent coffee that was piping hot. No complaints here.
