Food was classic El Nopal. The server was very friendly. She did a great job making the night fun. The bathrooms were pretty rough! They need a huge update.
The food is disgusting, service was nice. But the food is absolutely terrible, the couple times that I’ve been.

I ordered the Napol special. It calls for 4 shrimp and 4 tortillas. I got 3 shrimp and no tortillas. Had a bad experience several months ago but wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but once again very disappointed. Will not be ordering from them again. WTH

The food was incredible and there was a lot of it! I ordered the fajitas and they came to the table still sizzling! Waitress was fantastic. We will drop in here again for sure. 4.5 fiesta ⭐'s.Kid-friendliness: High chairs & kids menu.

My wife wanted el nop and we normally go to the el Nopalito in Corydon but I was in Jeffersonville and on my way home and this one was closer. First I was like how does a el nopal get 3 stars on yelp but I still proceeded and ordered our food. I got 3 soft tacos 1 chicken 2 beef. Wife got the basic white girl. Chicken rice and cheese. My tacos had no flavor and the meat had the consistency of Taco Bell meat like they watered it down. I will never return to this one. Also had issues with paying because the guy put in the wrong zip code and then said he had to put in their zip code, not mine… drive the extra 25 minutes and go to el Nopalito in Corydon Indiana. This one should be closed if there food is always like that.
We just recently moved to the area and I hate to say it this El Nopal sucks. We placed an order for pickup. I saw 1 bag of chips and asked why we did not have 2 or 3 bags seeing as we ordered a chorizo dip, Guacamole, and salsa. That warrants at least 2 bags. I was told sorry, only one bag per order and if I wanted more it would cost extra, really???? Then I get home and my son ordered the 2 fried burritos with rice. No rice the order is covered with black beans which my son hates. I think we will stick with Sin'or Iguanas from now on.

Sadly, when El Nepal started sending coupons out in the mail, the quality of the food was OK, but our chicken quesadillas had about half the meat less than usual. Margaritas were weak and smaller. Was impressed with this location, but won’t be going back there. Such a shame.
