DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!One of the most disgusting places I’ve eaten at. Food on the floor everywhere, and I mean everywhere.We were seated at a booth with trash under it. Almost every booth looked like a party of toddlers was tossing food in the floor underneath.We stayed even after noticing the $12 salad bar was wilted, brown, and the onions other sides looked like they were a week old.My wife got the yogurt and almost threw up… it was old an soured.My wife felt bad to leave, and that is the only reason this place got our money.

There were 3 employees at least there when my family went. There was only 1 waitress apparently and she was struggling to take care of 5 tables. We waited 35 minutes for drinks and decided to stick it out. We ordered our food and another half hour later were told there was no chicken for sandwiches and can’t for the life of me figure out why this wasn’t made aware at the time of ordering. At this point we left. 2 other tables had left before us and can’t really blame them. Really bombed on the service for the 2 nd time with us so we will not be back.

Entire restaurant is FILFITY, so dusty you can draw pictures and the bathroom look like a gas station restroom. Took 35 minutes to get food and then it was cold. It's no wonder why they aren't busy. Manager definitely doesn't take any pride in their job. Will never go back.

A lot of the tables still had dirty dishes on them. It took forever to get seated and waited on. We asked for our slaw first didn't get it till our plate came out. It was freezing cold in the building. Worse I have ever seen it. Plus we paid over 3.00 for a soda that is so crazy. When question they said it always was that way. Wont be back

Frisch’s has fell of the chart for customer service and for the food quality it is horrendous.I ordered a super big boy with pickles on the side and steamed broccoli and asked for the broccoli to be extra steamed because not being able to chew very well because of jaw surgery and an order of mashed potatoes with gravy my fiancé ordered a spicy chicken sandwich.Well it went south from there when I got my meal platter missing in action were the pickles, lettuce and the burger patties were overcooked and hard the steamed broccoli was Luke warm and hard but the mashed potatoes were good.My fiancé’s spicy chicken sandwich was missing the pepper jack cheese the jalapeños were brown and soggy the chicken looked like a fish patty.The girl that took our order came out maybe 1 or 2 times to check on us another girl brought out our food and I said something about the food and she said I’ll get someone and let them know well she never came back either well I’m not someone who skips on a meal so I went to pay talk to a manager and I should’ve just wrote a complaint on a napkin and thrown it away same difference.The place was filthy food on the floor tables not cleaned and maybe 3 people in the whole restaurant.WELL LESSON LEARNED NEVER EAT AT FRISCH’S AGAIN. NO WONDER THEY ARE CLOSING THEM ALL DOWN. DISGUSTING!!!

It's sort of funny that I can give this restaurant 5's for food, service, and atmosphere, but only a 3 overall. Here's how: There was no buffet due to lack of cooks (I was told anyway). And there seemed to be only one waitress in the building. It was New Years Day, so I guess parties had a bad effect on the staff. Many people just walked in and right back out. BUT! We stayed with the other few diehards in the place and ordered from the menu. Guess what? The 20 plus year service veteran made our morning! Everyone there had conversations. The food was hot. He service was great. And the whole experience was wonderful. From this, I can only recommend that you go here only on weekdays when there is no buffet and very few customers. Order from the menu and truly enjoy your meal. I promise it won't be any more expensive than the buffet, and taste better. Enjoy and thanks to the great waitress.

Extremely rude service. Order not prepared correctly and abusive attitude at the window. Usually leave a tip at the window but this time only wanted to leave the food. Should’ve left it prepared incorrectly! Horrible!!!

2:40PM Friday - Just stood for 6 minutes at the front counter to be seated, while 5 employees saw me but did nothing. Except for one that cashed out a leaving party who told the employee that I was waiting to be seated. She told the leaving party, "Oh, I thought you were both together. Here, I can cash you out" and then proceeded to go hide behind in the back.RIDICULOUS!! Just go out of business. You're obviously not IN business.

They have the same problems as most restaurants. The lack of good help. Took awhile to get a seat. They had to clear tables from the breakfast rush. The server did a great job. The food was good. We got our food quickly. I would go back.

It's was definitely designed for customer experience at this particular store. I do believe if I wanted to get a free drink, they probably would. The food was cooked fresh to order. The employee even wanted me to check the food I received before I left just to make sure it was all there.

Dirty. Tell they hadn't been cleaning. Not busy so no excuse for having it look that way. There were two customers in when we got there. In the booths the creases were filthy. Food was ok. Not great. The sausage with the French toast meal wasn't cooked all the way. Noticed this at the end of the meal so there wasn't anything they could have done. Didn't ask about refills till we were finished. When the waitress asked if our food was ok at the beginning of our meal she didn't even look at us when she spoke. She was speaking to an empty table when she asked. Not very good customer service. Will not return to this location ever. Very disappointed. If I could have given them no stars I would have.

My friend took me through the drive-thru. I had already ordered from McDonald's so she picked up her order that she had put on her app. I tried to use her app but gave up That's why we went to McDonald's. Anyway they gave her much more food than she ordered. And she got food that she did not order. She was not able to eat some of the food so I guess it went to waste. She gave me one pancake and a sausage to try that she couldn't eat The sausage was extremely spicy and the pancake was typical. All in all her food looked better than the times I've been inside recently. Next time we might try the food bar instead.
