Love their extremely high quality ice cream and the seasonal flavors. Love their occasional offers for free delivery via the app with minimal purchase. Love that I can also order treats for my pup!!! We downloaded the app and receive bonus offers, points for purchase, and can peruse the up to date menu selection. Very convenient location in a strip mall off of Charlestown Road, clean and well lit establishment if you venture inside to snag pre packaged ice cream out of the freezer display case, and has a drive through with what I consider to be fairly late hours the last time that we checked -- open until 10 PM. Staff are always friendly and greet us as soon as we open the door and offer fast checkout.

We've been coming here for many, many years. But, we haven't been here for quite some time.We've always enjoyed their ice cream.Today, I found one thing to be odd. I'm not even sure I understood exactly what one of our server's was saying. What I got out of it was: They can't sell you two large scoops in one order??. They can sell you two smaller scoops, but not two of the larger scoops. IF I understood correctly, that's the craziest thing I've ever heard. Seems to me they'd want to sell all the ice cream they could!Anyway, ice cream was good as ever. Not considering the big scoop/little scoop situation, both young ladies behind the counter were very friendly and accommodating when we asked for little tastings.

You can't beat Graeter's for ice cream. I'm pretty sure this is what the eat in Valhalla. My favorite is black raspberry chip. Their s'mores flavor is excellent, too. Chocolate can't be beat. They have vegan options! It tastes like actual ice cream, not frozen coconut milk. The staff is always friendly. The store and the bathrooms are very clean. It gets busy on nice days, but it's never really bad.

Ice cream was AMAZING! Not a fan of thier chocolate dipped waffle cone but the ice cream more then made up for it! The staff were courteous and helpful. Totally going again the next time we are in town!
