This was my first experience. Loved the product. Unfortunately both employees that assisted made me feel like I was a bother for them to help me. And very short. No greeting. Did not give me my sauces. Service would be a zero.

I stopped coming here for a while due to a number of reasons. Decided to give it another try this past Tuesday and I was truly impressed. The atmosphere, service and quality was amazing. I can’t recall the woman’s name, but she was super friendly and accommodating. Although the Chic fil a traffic can be a headache at this location. I will become a regular again. Gourmet vegetarian is my fave!

I rarely make my own pizza dough or pizza anymore. Between Papa Murphy's and Legacy in New Albany, they pretty much cater to my veggie pizza needs and desires. For the price and effort, Papa Murphy's gourmet veggie pan pizza cannot be beat. Very tasty variety of toppings and the crust crisps up incredibly well.

You can't beat it. It's the tweaner pizza: not delivered and not frozen. This location has been open for years which tells me they're clean, courteous and offer value for your food-dollar. Period.

We waited for over 40 minutes to have our pizza made. We were told they had to make the orders ahead of ours. There were times there was noone else in the store. I watched numerous people walk in place an order and walk out with their pizza and we were still waiting. If you want a pizza in a timely manner, go somewhere else! Not enough staff that know what they are doing! It is because of service like this that these stores eventually shut. Great pizza... Horrible managing of this store!Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp near the door.

Its better than FROZEN and most of the time it more consistent than Dominos Papa John's and Pizza Hut. The customer service was great and she was patient with all my extra questions lol!

Went in today around 1 walked in had mask on walked around the counter to see what kind of crust they had looked down and mask riding up on eyes I pulled it down past my eyes and nose I mean just for a second and the woman behind the counter said would you pull your mask up and I said yes it wasn't that she asked me to do that that up set me she was very Curt about it real rude to the next lady that came in about something being 2 for 8 dollars acted like didn't like that a gave them 20 dollar bill it was the exact amount I felt iike I was being repremended the whole time I was there won't be coming back
