I went there on 3/12/2024 at 3:37pm, i came thru the DT and order the #1 classic crisp sandwich combo and the fries were warm but not hot and I could only eat a few bites of the a sandwich. The middle of the sandwich was really thick and I couldn't eat it. It was cold and slimy and rubbery and grizzly. I couldn't turn around because I was on the highway when I started trying to eat my sandwich:, but I do have a pic.

The food was fresh and hot but the heat had of been set to close to 80° it was uncomfortable and the lady at the counter didn't respond when I asked her how she was today, kinda put a damper on the atmosphere. But the food was worth it.

I don't know what happened to this place but it went from amazing to shameful..tour made to wait for your food inside and out for like 10 mins for the chicken to not be fresh but very dry and old. I've had this happen on multiple occasions lately but time was by far the worst yet. I purchased the 14 piece family meal and got 2 breast 1 thigh 3 legs and 8 wings and almost every piece was so dry it wasn't eatable and the red beans and rice was soup with rice on top there was a spoonful of beans and the rest was juice. I had to pull forward and wait 15 mins for old food and there's was no one in line before me or after me the entire time I was there so what was I waiting for if you served me old food.. waiting that long it should all have been fresh.. same thing inside happens as well..most of the younger employees are goofing off or on there phone..when trying to have food replaced make sure to check it or they give you the same quilty food.

I spent 15 minutes in the drive thru. Got to window and paid. Spent 15 more minutes B4 getting food. The woman who took my order did not speak one word to me. I get home and my mashed potatoes was so full it was coming out of container and it had no gravy! I ordered an eight piece nugget and I only got 6,! Bad Customer service. Will not be back.

twice in January 2024...... used a 2 piece and side coupon first time and a 3 piece coupon and side second time......both boxes were under par....not fresh not even very warm and mostly breaded.....had to give them to the dog each time......(not healthy...but he did expect something)....do not waste lunchtime money here
The worst customer service. Maybe if you hired chik filet people your drive thru line wouldn't be empty while they have about 25 cars in line.

I had to get another bank card because I had a company that was continuously take money out of my account. I had to use my power chair to get there and I bought a wagon to take my dog places so I took her and I thought I would surprise my baby with some chicken (it's her favorite food). So me and my baby had lunch together . It was really nice. A beautiful day and a great lunch for me and my dog (Peanut).Parking: Open lotKid-friendliness: It's kid friendly. Pulled me up for 5 minutes and then they forgot my Biscuits. Also the way they bagged it caused the red beans and rice container to come open so I lost half of it in the bag. But food was hot and fresh so I will give.tgem
