Young man asks me what I would like, I asked him to change his gloves and the to-go man laughs at that. With worry in his eyes. I proceed to tell him what the manager had just done. And she still doesn’t even take that as a sign to go change her gloves.This location is unsanitary. Nothing like it was 6-7 years ago. Will not be coming back.

I was looking forward to 3-cheese nachos today, but the chips smell & taste bad. I'm pretty sure the oil being used to fry these chips is rancid, and it's been an on-going issue at this location. I'd stopped going here for quite some time for this exact reason, then decided to give it another shot. Unfortunately the chips are a big part of this meal, and it's ruined the whole dining experience ?.Minus the chips, everything else seems good.

Not sure what the deal was. Place was out of, guacamole, cilantro, white rice instead of Pico only had tomatoes ordered nachos chips on the side chips had no lime juice or kosher salt along with being over cooked. Very sad. With another chipotle that just opened up in jeffersonville, Qdoba best step up there game. My son orderd a chicken bowl, Ike stated above he was also unable to get certain toppings.

Hands down the worst Qdoba around. Do yourself a favor and drive out of the way to go to a different location. It'd be worth the toll to just go across the river to a different one. Doesn't matter how many people are there, the carryouts always take forever and half the time they are out of everything you want anyway.

Finished driving 6 hours and unloading a U-Haul. Ordered a family meal through the app for those that helped. Went to pick it up and they said someone picked it up already. Said there’s nothing they can do since it’s already gone. No refund, no new food. Said I’d have to pay for another order. Plenty of QDOBA in the area, avoid this one at all cost.

Typically I come in for lunch. The staff is always very friendly, it's clean, and fresh food! Last time I was there they were slammed but all the workers kept a friendly positive attitude. The manager, Josh, apologized for the wait while they were making my food. Love this location and will definitely return!

I waited several minutes before being acknowledged by the staff. The manager was filling an online order, there was a young man cleaning the grill and a young woman at the register who was doing nothing and saw me waiting to order. I was the only person in line. Her demeanor was cold and she acted like I was an inconvenience for her. I ordered a steak and cheese quesadilla. There was hardly no meat on there at all and some of the cheese spilled out onto the floor when she slung it on the press. Her attitude over all made things worse and she refused to add more to my quesadilla. I will not be returning to this location. The food is over priced and the service sucks tremendously.
