My family and I Came here for dinner at about 7:30. Our first time coming there. I guess the store had just opened back up from being out of power, or maybe they were trying to close early? Who knows. The 3 girls that were working had the place FREEZING, not because the power had been out, but because the air was on full blast. Had the attitude that they did not want to be there, were annoyed with one another maybe? Not sure. Me and my pizza were cold after 5 minutes of sitting down. Also no customer service at all. Not once did they welcome us in, nor did they say anything when we left. Probably will not be back. If you have a problem with people coming in to eat at the place you work at, you probably shouldn’t work in food industry. If not that, then leave your problems at the door before you walk in.

Pizza done right! The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The food was just as pleasurable. Outdoor seating is nice, too.

Belligerent ignorant manager on duty. Tried to use expired Groupon and Mr fancy pants showed his rear as he down talked us as customers and explained they don't take those. Explained to him they do as they have received payment for them and promotional value never expires, says so right on the app and voucher. It still got belligerent and wanted to showboat in front in staff at expense of customer. Worthless customer service, no concept of marketing policies items like Groupon tie business to. Wanna be big shot who is more impressed about perceived power they hold them getting customer service right. Steer clear of this place till the owner wises up and gets real leaders in place.

Got home pizza wasn’t cooked right very doughy! Thought it was papa Murphys. Had to stick it in my oven and finished cooking it! I took photos before and after! if someone wants to see for their self!

As the sign says: awesomely Good, Awesomely Fast!After only a minor confusion at where the start of the order was, it took only 2-3 minutes to get what you ordered. Great place to stop after the summer stop to the River Run Park Pool!I have 3 happy kids who got fed fast.Will

A couple years ago I wrote a review raving about the manager, Matt and what a great experience we had. Matt was gone not too much later and it's been a steady decline since. The handful of times we've ordered for pick up, they've never even started it when we get there. The quality feels like it's going down. And this last time when we ordered in for take out, we were rushed and we ended up with someone else's pizza instead of our pepperoni sticks. The pizzas we had ordered tasted like they were made on cardboard. We won't be visiting this location again.

Damien was so fun to work with! I didn’t know what to get so I asked him his favorite pizza (White Out) and was extremely helpful in picking out toppings and dipping sauces to go with. Very friendly!
I went after the lunch rush. I was able to place my order with no wait. The staff was helpful and Friendly as I asked tones of questions because this was my only 2nd time ordering a pizza and 1st in person. My son loves there pizza and I now know why. I order a double pepperoni. The pizza was hot and delicious when I got home. I'll recommend everyone trying them!

We have come here numerous times but the past few times makes us think we may not be back. Yesterday we walked in and every single table was dirty. Cups, Straws, wrappers, and napkins all over the floor. Had to grab the cleaning solution and paper towels to wipe everything down ourselves. Not what you want to do when you’re going out to eat. Went to grab a highchair and they were all covered in food. We loved the pan pizza and were told that they no longer have it. The employees were not very friendly. This makes me sad because we’ve loved this place but the management is definitely lacking.

Update : At 9:41 this morning I spoke with Damion the manager, I let him know what had happened. He heard me and I told him that i just wanted my pizza. Because i have never had a bad pizza there before. He took my name, number and offered to make me a pizza for free. Although, my stomach is still weird, I would still recommend this place especially the one on Jeffersonville. THANK YOU SO MUCH DAMION FOR YOUR AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Usually this pizza is so delicious. Today, I was trying to tell the guy I wanted something else on my pizza and he was an older guy and just put it in the oven with out listening to me. Then when it came out I took it home and the crust is usually crispy but it was still doughy. My stomach is not very quesy. I have called both stores to tell them bit it keeps ringing and then a voice-mail. Edit at 9:43. Still no answer when I call. Doing my best to not throw up.

Update: Deciding to give Rapid Fire a 2nd chance, I stopped in on a (hungry) whim during the week. I picked up a pizza for myself and one as a surprise for my husband (despite his lack of interest). Service was friendly and prompt (thank you, ladies)! Our pies were similar to our last order, by the way. This time, both were so yummy...fresh and perfectly prepared!
