These employees/owners have THE WORST customer service. They make customers feel like a disruption. If you pay cash, they act completely put out. If they acted like they were glad you came in and acted the slightest bit friendly, I would leave a tip. And there’s more to not like… They put a tiny bit of meat on the sandwich, pile the spinach in one glob… no care is put into the product at all. This has happened every time. Not going to be going to this location ever again.

Our experience at this establishment was marred by poor service and discrimination. The staff displayed a dismissive attitude towards us while using coupons and the white sandwich artist prioritized helping someone else before us. We left feeling disappointed and confused. We will never go back to that location.

Think of the best experience you’ve ever had at a subway… this place is 2x better. 1. Best staff I’ve ever experienced at a fast food place.2. They have a DRIVE THROUGH. So convenient.3. Where's the meat? If I'd wanted a mayo onion lettuce 1 slice of tomatoes sandwich I would not have asked for HAM!!!!Poor excuse for a ham sub sandwich when it's overloaded with lettuce and mayo, some onion and 1 slice of tomatoe and thick bread.

Terrible customer service as soon as you walk through the door employees immediately get upset about having to serve you even if it seems like they haven’t had anyone in the store all day. If you don’t like serving customers don’t work in customer service. As for the two employees that were there when I went in get a better job or quit complaining.

They rush you so much when you already know what you want, and mess up your order by adding things before asking you. No other cars there, no one inside so why rush it like you have 30 sec to take an order. Never going there again, pay 40 bucks and they messed up 2 of the 3 sandwiches and the 2 messed up were just meat, cheese and one sauce.
