The DoorDash delivery was fine. This is my second order online, and this is second time I did not receive hot and mild sauces as requested!!! When call Charlestown Road Taco Bell and told the guy all he said was "I sorry about that." I asked if could bring me some nd he said couldn't do it. Not sure if I will order again. The nachos were stale too!!!!

They ran out of refried beans. And the chicken wasn't going to be ready for 6 more minutes. You tell me, does it make you want to come back? NO. But maybe they could soften the blow if they offered you something free or a discount - they don't because they don't give a damn.

My Godchildren and I stopped here for dinner. My Goddaughter order three burritos and should have ordered four. I ordered a Mexican pizza combo. I ate the pizza, but they ate my tacos. It is a nice place, but we hate ordering with a kiosk, so we went through the drive thru. The staff was nice and the food was good ( what little I got to eat anyway). ?Kid-friendliness: They were very nice about giving the food to my Godchildren in the back seat. My only complaint is that I really liked double decker tacos which they don't carry anymore. Bring back the double decker tacos. ?
I ordered 3 different burritos, all with different instructions, and all three grilled as well. And this location was on point. Everything was perfectly made, the fillings weren't extra heavy on veggie filler, and also grilled correctly. And the crew members did it all with a smile. This was the best visit to Taco Bell that I can remember having, and an experience I wish I could repeat at all locations.
