“We are frequent patrons of DKD in New Albany and have been to the Louisville location a few times. We love the food, atmosphere, and attentiveness of the staff.Kid-friendliness: We recently celebrated a birthday here, reserving a table on the outdoor patio. We were later told we had to move to another table because the outdoor patio was technically "bar" seating and we had a 6 month old baby with us. -- It was confusing and odd as the Exchange right across the street allows children in their outdoor patio area adjacent to the bar. I wish this would have been made clear or we could get some explanation on why this area is not suitable for our party. There is side street access to this area so its not like it is "only accessible" through the bar. - It was odd. Just thought I'd share. Other than this issue we usually have a great experience at DKD.“

“My experience is a bit different...we ordered via GrubHub tonight. We are new to KY & wanted to try Havana Rumba. ALSO, we have never had cuban food before. The restaurant was quick & the GH driver got our order to us just as quick. We opened our bag & found part of our order is missing. I tried to contact the driver but was unable to. So I contacted Havana Rumba. The person that answered was very kind, verified my order & found that the driver had left the second part of my order. She tried contacting the driver but they refused to return & make the delivery right (who did NOT deserve the tip he got). So Havana Rumba rose to the occasion going above & beyond! They apologized for the situation & one of them delivered the missing food to us. Not only was it delicious, but the customer service was beyond exceptional! ? Way to go Havana Rumba, excited to try more from your menu! Can't say the same for GrubHub...“
“Honestly, the food is really amazing and it speaks for itself, but what takes it a step above the rest is the phenomenal customer service. “Stopped here on a road trip for lunch. Loved the atmosphere as soon as we walked in. Handwritten menu, plants, etc. David took our orders and didn't rush us thru, took time to talk and learn about us. Kids had grilled cheese sandwiches and loved the sourdough. I had tomato bisque (yum) and salad. Husband had chicken salad and raved about the pickles. The restaurant is unique. It has 4 different seating areas. We sat alone on the bottom level and had a very pleasant lunch. Restaurant was very clean and homey. Will def be back if we ever return to Louisville!“
“First time trying Lupo and would definitely go back! Pepperoni pizza, pasta with pork, and cabbage were all very tasty options. The pizza crust was perfect and pizza itself had the right amount of toppings. Ranch was great. Overall the flavors were spot on and it looks like they have a great variety of unique flavor combinations. Nice patio seating and decently quick service. The restaurant itself was clean and has a welcoming atmosphere. They have a parking lot right next to the building, but it was full so we parked in the overfill lot across the street (not far at all) Would recommend!“
“Best service I have ever had at a restaurant. Every single staff was friendly and attentive. The bartender made a good drink. Besides the absolutely delicious cornbread, the rest of the food was mediocre at best. The chef overcooked and under-seasoned everything from the lobster to the risotto. Should have been half the price for what it tasted like. However, I would consider going back again solely on the service alone.Parking: We found a parking spot easily.Kid-friendliness: The servers were sweet to her, and there were french fries, which is all she wanted.“
