Updated. Really good spaghetti!! However, it’s unbelievable they’re using a computer to answer phone calls. 10 seconds after saying it will connect me with a live person it simply hangs up.

Don't expect great Italian food, decent for fast food, Italian. Basic Italian like spaghetti, lasagna, and your pizza.

Eat here once a week. Last visit, was my last for a while. Gave me the wrong order and lost mine. The app said one time, but was told to wait till they called my name. They may have some new people working, but it's not close to the old service.

We were in town for personal business and opted for a late lunch. I had the Fettuccine Alfredo, and it was very good, so good that I wished I had ordered a larger meal rather than the smaller lunch portion.

Spaghetti Junction was once called Spaghetti Shop several years ago. This the first experience since the name change. A nice place. We went to this place on a Saturday evening... got there about 5:30. Around 6:00 it began to get busy. Found out that kids eat free on Saturdays and Mondays. It's not very often a restaurant draws in familys on a weekend with a free kids meal. Anyway, the food was really good. The offerings were very similar to what I remembered for the former establishment. The garlic bread tasted exactly the same. Excellent!!! We ordered what is in the pictures below. Baked Spaghetti...my son said it was really tasty. Lasagna...my wife said it good. She said she always liked the lasagna at Spaghetti Shop, so very similar. Cajun Chicken Alfredo...it was not Cajun! It was pasta, Alfredo and there was chicken. The Cajun seasoning was on the top of the cheese. There was NOT Cajun seasoning throughout the dish. If it were listed as Chicken Alfredo it was perfect. So it wasn't a terrible dish, just wasn't very Cajun. A recommendation...get the unlimited garlic bread for $2.99. Every meal gets a nice portion of bread, but unlimited makes it even better. The people who work there were awesome!

A nice little cheaper Italian restaurant that has pretty good food, but note that they close at 8pm and start closing at 7 pm, so if you want tea to drink, make sure you're there by 645pm.

Dear Manageme,My family and I recently dined at your restaurant for the first time, and I wanted to share our experience with you. While we appreciated the complimentary cookie we received for signing up for the loyalty program, our overall impression was unfortunately quite disappointing. The main concerns revolved around the quality of the food and the cleanliness of the establishment. I ordered the lasagna, and my children had the spaghetti, which was supposed to come with a butter sauce. Regrettably, the lasagna was far from satisfactory—lacking in flavor and texture. Moreover, the plain spaghetti with butter had no discernible butter, and the garlic bread accompanying our meals was not toasted as expected. In addition to the culinary shortcomings, we observed cleanliness issues within the restaurant. The walls near our seating area were noticeably dirty, and there was a need for cleaning, particularly near the windows. This aspect of our dining experience contributed to an overall sense of discomfort.Another point worth mentioning is that when we approached the counter to place our order, we were not greeted in a welcoming manner. The staff member simply instructed us to let her know when we were ready to order, which felt impersonal and did not contribute positively to our experience.I understand that running a restaurant involves various challenges, and feedback is crucial for improvement. I believe addressing these issues could significantly enhance the overall dining experience for your patrons. I wanted to bring these concerns to your attention, not as a complaint, but as constructive feedback with the hope that you can consider making improvements.Thank you for taking the time to read this letter. We appreciate your commitment to providing a positive dining experience and look forward to the possibility of returning to your establishment under improved circumstances.Sincerely,Don
