I ordered delivery from here and sure I expected that it wouldn’t be piping hot or the fries might feel a little weird by the time it got to me, but I wasn’t anticipating the severe stomach pains and nausea within an hour of finishing my food. Definitely won’t be back to this location.

Ordered through the app, thw wick Wednesday special. Ordered with Mayo, oil and vinegar and still was very dry. Also Ordered with pepper jack cheese and was given some nasty orange cheese. The fries were good and the sandwich was ready when I picked it up.

Our first time here and was not disappointed. They need some business! The sandwich was amazing, the service was amazing and the fries cooked perfectly! Go stop, you will not be disappointed!

I just ordered a BLT with double bacon, do you have any idea how hard it is to eat a sandwich that is covered with BACON PIECES? I tried. I have bacon PIECES all over me. And much if the pieces are fat.

I've gone here a lot. The sandwiches always were of a better quality and taste than the other sub shops. They're pricy and you sit in the drive through for 10-20 minutes. But it was a nice treat.Recently I went back after a long hiatus and they changed from bacon strips to garbage bacon bits and the bread seemed stale. They also messed up the ingredients. Kinda ruined it for me since I used to crave that BLT. Honestly, it's probably the first sub I've ever thrown out without finishing. Andthat'ss saying something (looking at you, Jimmy Johns). They also took the pre-made "favorites" recipes off and made it full customization. Some of us suck at that lol.

The staff did not completely understand English, so getting the orders made took a bit longer. I will say, "the options available were very fresh," but there were missing options which were available in the past. I enjoyed my tunafish sandwich with the olive medley. The touchscreen is not a good accommodation when making orders I believe this hurts not only this facility, but also steak 'n Shake. The blind guy.Vegetarian options: They clearly cater to those whom want less meet or less meet and cheese options, but that day they were missing a few regular options.

Spent $20 on a Wicked sandwich, they literally gave me an onion, bacon and cheese sandwich. How are you could you forget to add the meat on the main menu sandwich? No one else was in line before or after me.... so there was no confusion just laziness

I and my girlfriend went there on 09/22/2023. The food included standard American items like french fries, but also some esoteric Deli-like sandwiches. I am a vegetarian and I was easily able to find some vegetarian items. There were plenty of options for the meat eaters as well. The Service was good, I was able to order some changes to my order by directly talking to the staff, that the computer would not have been able to handle. It tasted very good. Much better than burger king next door. Somewhat more expensive.Vegetarian options: Easy to find vegetarian options, OK.

To preface this review, let me say that I am a big fan of Which Wich in general. Their Wednesday Wicked Wich special is such a great deal and I absolutely love this sandwich. I would NOT recommend their fries as they are just (basically) crinkle fries that they put in their version of an air fryer, and the cost is not worth the amount of fries received. Their drinks are a bit pricy too, but if you get a large, you actually get a reusable cup, which I am a huge fan of! Generally speaking I will just order the traditional sandwich (about 6-8 inches in length) however sometimes I will opt for a wrap as it is the same price. I have also tested their "Cloudwich" and "Bowlwich". Both are good, however there is an upcharge for both (which I thought was odd considering the "Bowlwich" is just a sandwich without the bread and the "Cloudwich" is much smaller than a standard sandwich.) However, if you are on Keto or another low carb diet, either of these options are definitely recommended. That all being said, this location is one of the worst locations I have ever visited. Upon entering, there are 2 kiosks where you can order your own food, or stand there and wait for someone to acknowledge you, which can take 5-10 minutes depending on how many employees are out front (usually 1-2 at this location) and if there is a customer at the drive thru. The food at this location is almost on par with all of the other Which Wich locations; however, the customer service is where they suffer. I have experienced multiple situations where the employees will either not make eye contact with me, because they know I need help; or they will look at me, but keep talking to their fellow employees about how one of their other co-workers acted today. Also, while you can order online or through the app DO NOT do either at this location. Multiple times I have waited 20 minutes after my order was scheduled to be completed to get my order. And there is never any apology or repercussions. Also if you place the order on the app, and want to cancel it, you will get nowhere fast.Last night, I placed an order for two Wicked Wiches at 7:50PM through the app, and it showed the order would be ready at 8:08PM, despite this location closing at 8:00PM. I drove 15 miles to the location and saw the dining room lights were off, but figured I could still pick up the order in the drive thru since my card had been charged. I pulled up waited for about 3 minutes at a digital sign on the board that stated "Sorry this location is closed," pulled around and parked in a spot. I figured I could cancel the order in the app, since that was an option, but when I tried to cancel, the app said "Please call the store to make changes to your order." I did call, and an employee told me, "Yeah - sorry we close at 8:00PM." I told her that the app told me to call to cancel, and she said "All I know to tell you is yeah you can go ahead and cancel." I attempted to explain that I couldn't because the app told me to call and she then said "Well, I don't know nothing about no app, but there's nothing I can do here. Maybe if you call Nicole in the morning she might be able to help."At this point, (for the second time at this location) I was out my money, unless I called back later because they don't know how to run the app. About 5 minutes later, I got a notification on my phone stating the points from the order had been added to my account, although I had never even received or closed out the order. As stated above, when ordering at this location, just avoid the app and order on site. That way you will make sure to get what you want. Now the atmosphere is the only complaint I have about Which Wich in general. It is very industrial and dark. There is no comfort at all and I really don't feel the personality of the business when I am there, other than corporate. Conversely, Jimmy John's has funny signs all over and fun music, making it feel like a comedian or entertainer. Alternative

This is a really great place to eat. Food is always fresh and the atmosphere is nice. There is a worker there named Deshawn, he is very friendly and respectful. He reminds me of our oldest son. He is a great addition to the restaurant.

Once again on Wicked Wednesday, they charged me the full price rather than the $6 special. The food was delicious, but the service was not so much.
