Management was extreamly rude. As I sat in my car checking my order she came to the window to ask if there was a problem and when I said I am just checking my order she said you dont need to do that move along. To the person in the car with me I said wow that's rude no wonder I don't like coming here. The manager said dont come back then. Does this woman not realize customers buy the food so she makes a pay check
Arbys was not even busy at the time we ordered drive-through. The person who took our order didnt make any of them meals like we asked. He was very rude and impolite when we said something about the situation. Not a very good experience at all.
So first of all I ordered online through door dash, and I was missing an item not the worst but annoying now I was fine with just dealing with that but while eating my sandwich now this was a roast beef sandwich shouldnt be hard, well as I was eating I bit down on something hard and when I pulled it out... it's was a bread tie, i am very disappointed now. I have never had a sandwich from any place before that had left a bread tie in the food.

Carry out, was given incorrect order. Sandwiches in order were thrown together cheddar cheese all over wrappers. The mozzarella sticks were cold & the thousand island dressing was missing from one of Sandwiches. Over $50 totally wasted! Very poor service and quality of food has gone down. Better quality making at home.

First of all this place suck mangment there always good at lunch and when they first open in the am the night crew always I order the chicken sandwich the chicken looks like it's been sitting there for hours nasty ? the curly fries are always cold I won't be eating from here again watch out people go here if u want to eat and get nasty food get sick off it this place has went down hill not even mc Donald's is this bad these crews at night just sux I'll wait for a fresh chicken and fresh fries instead they give u fries that been sitting there for ever and chicken that been sitting there for like hours instead of just putting a fresh one down it's sad arbs I use to work for one like come on they over charge us and still handing us crazy food and not even doing there job when it say what can we make fresh for you sad it's sux cuz I loved arbs
