Worse experience ever with Pizzahut . Forgot a pizza when delivered, would not answer the phone, when the delivery driver eventually brought the missing pizza it was the wrong pizza.

I paid for mine (never had to pay first before) mom got thr buffet and she got a couple pieces of pizza and it was ice cold. So I asked for a refund since she couldn't eat. Another reason was I am weird about cleanliness and where we sat I could see straight in the kitchen. I witnessed the manager making my pizza with bare hands! I don't know if she washed her hands after taking my money buy either way I will not eat something after a perfect stranger touch my food bare handed that is discusting!

Waitress was friendly. Food was fresh (all you can eat buffet).
Nothing to do with the food or the service. It’s so damn cold inside the restaurant. I said something to the lady at the counter who is wearing a long sleeve shirt and she said I thought it was cold also until I went to the kitchen and then came back out and it feels so good. So I guess the AC is on full blast to keep the employees happy and freeze your customers. One older couple come In and stood looking at the menu and when it was their turn to order they left saying it was way too cold to be in here. It was very unpleasant freezing while trying to eat. After a couple bites we just took our stuff with us to eat later. Food was good at least the couple bites we had and service was good except telling me the AC was on for them and as a customer I don’t matter.This is for the New Castle Indiana store.

they messed up my order a couple wks back and the person who said the ammt of the pizza would be credited to my acct apparently didn't do it but when i ordered yesterday they honored it anyway and I appreciate that!
