Wonderful quaint little bakery shop dedicated to gluten free foods. We bought from Vi at a local farmer's market and had to stop in at her shop. Very transparent on her ingredients, so you can find something that works for many sensitivities. Must try the blueberry cheese danish!

Vi makes the most delicious grain free breads, cakes, cookies, quiches and more! I celebrated my birthday there today with my husband who has no food allergies. He loved the quiche, the coffee, and the oatmeal whoopi pie just as much as I did ( only I chose the grain free chocolatechip cookie for dessert) I brought home a grain free baguette and it is perfect, great crust, chewy, and great with butter. Baked by Vi is a true gem!
