DISAPPOINTINGLY small portions! They said an order of Egg Rolls came with 4, that's a lie. It was 2 egg rolls cut in half My wimpie , 5oz Chicken Marsala had a sauce that tastes like burned leftover Chinese food!!! OMFG, KFCs drive thru is better. Our server did well , but everything else REALLY SUCKED. You guys dropped the ball big time. My mom had a lame Mother's day Dinner thanks to you guys.

Beautiful restaurant! Delicious food is always thought out by the talented kitchen staff. The service is top quality as the servers have a great personality and care about their customers. Definitely try a cocktail or 2 or 3... They offer a variety of beers and delicious cocktails.

Had a lovely time here, absolutely worth the drive. Without exception every single morsel of food that landed on our table was excellent. The shrimp appetizer was so good we ordered a second, the meatloaf was special, the vegetables cooked perfectly, and even my daughter’s chicken strips impressed me. Cozy atmosphere and warm service, I will definitely be returning frequently. Don’t sleep on this place.

This was our first date the best by far. The food was exquisite and very tasteful.The bone in pork chops were cooked so tender and delicious marinated with a deep savory sauce dark red cherries imported from Italy. Grilled aspagus and whipped potatoes seasoned to perfection. The chocolate candy cheesecake is rich and fluffy as it sounds. The chef uses local grown products to enhance the quality and flavor of his dishes. The meal was so appealing you wanted to take picture of it first. I couldn't imagine my tastebuds being so excited as to the very first bite to the very last and everything in between.The service was superb very attentive and knowledgeable with the menu and very specific with the dishes served.The atmosphere was very clean, and inviting. We thought the chef was very exceptional so we wanted to thank him for the wonderful meal and service. He personally came out and thanked us for choosing his establishment. Making us feel truly welcome.

I was taken to this lovely restaurant by close friends who enjoyed it so much they wanted to go back so I could enjoy it too.I love old houses anyway, so the building was beautiful and the decor fascinating. I'm sure I'll have to go back several times to see the other areas (we were on the second floor).The food was superb. My rare sirloin was tender and flavorful. The Brussels sprouts are good enough that my friend (who doesn't like them) had ordered some on his previous trip and recommended them to me. He was correct! The appetizers (the fireman shrimp and goat cheese fritters) were tasty enough that paired with a salad would make a satisfying lunch for me. My cheesecake was exactly what it should be, cheesecake! My friend's favorite dessert is bread pudding, and I also had a few bites ~ it will be a difficult choice next trip.Our waiter was the best ever. He treated all of us like their motto ~ old friends. He also told us he works their "just for fun." How many times do you hear people say that!?! He brought out one of each of their hard ciders for me to choose from. I tried the pear flavor at his suggestion, and I'm glad I did!We live about an hour and a half away, so we probably won't be there every week, but it will be a top choice when we go visit their son in Madison. Highly recommend it!! ?(I would like to go back when it's not cold, dark, and rainy ~ their outdoor area looks very inviting!)
