This used to be my favorite location.. but they've left food out of my order the last four times in a row. Two of those times the food I DID receive was not how I ordered it. I give up.. not coming back.

I wasn't sure how to use the order machine and one of the sweetest female workers came and helped me with doing it. She was so very helpful and polite. All of the staff were working with the drive through and walk in customers and each of them were very helpful and polite!
Better than the one in Franklin. They got our order wrong about 3 out of 100 times of going here. So not bad compared to all fast food places now a days.
Someone helped me order on a kiosk. I prefer telling my order to a person. Sometimes, you just need a taco bell hard

The woman with the bright pink hair working the drive through is KILLIN IT! She speaks loud enough to hear and is easy to understand as well. Plus she has a sense of humor and her outgoing positive energy is contagious. Kudos to u being great at ur job!

Honestly since 2022, they have made MAJOR improvements. Since they got the new GM now, really. Definitely sad they took all my favorites away tho!

Paid $23 for two Chalupa‘s and two taco Supremes asked for extra cheese, extra sour cream, the Chalupa‘s were stale taco shells. The Supremes had very little cheese and no sour cream not happy. Also, the lights were off I asked him about it and he said, oh, we don’t control that. yeah, right. But my bet is all their cell phones were working great!
I gave him servers for two but food no because they taking forever to deliver my food to my house and GrubHub people it shouldn't have to wait that long just to deliver my food this is ridiculous man I shouldn't take one person to work at a Taco Bell when I was growing up talk about was fast and now this probably the worker is not doing their jobs please management please make these people work and get my stuff done in time like I'm so serious because you need to do a better job of taking care of your employees and making sure they do what they post to because I'm struggling getting food in my house and I don't have enough money for anything now that's ridiculous dude always I want to make sure this one won't have GrubHub on your property we're going to go to the other Taco Bell and order food they way faster than this one and it's a horrible experience

The lady was super nice and very sweet but my order was completely inaccurate I ordered two grilled cheese burritos and got two toasted breakfast burritos with burnt cheese and bacon slapped on the outside to try and make up for the fact they botched the order.

Food is always messed up when I come to this location. Employees using language in the lobby, a bunch of kids running the store, service is always incredibly slow. Haven’t been here for months because I noticed a pattern. Ordered doordash today and this was the Taco Bell on doordash by default- I knew my order would be messed up before I even received it and once I did, it was all wrong. Missing ingredients and added ingredients I didn’t order. Food cold, overcooked as well. Hate this location.
