This was my first time to this Subway. They will not accept any coupons even from the app even though the app is advertised all over the counter. Some of the veggie toppings were not fresh and look like they had been sitting out for a while like the cucumbers and spinach

Ordered cold cut combo, got all bologna, owner thinks customer wont know. Stale bread sometimes rude service. Wont go back, most subways pretty good.

There is a new employee there long curly blonde hair, he was struggling a little trying to learn everything, but despite that he made one of the best subs I’ve had from there! It was delicious!

The owner of the subway could not be more rude and dismissive on a more consistent basis. Today I went into use a $7.99 coupon for a foot-long that included a drink and bag of chips. A foot-long, bag of chips, and drink was ordered and presented the coupon and in a very quick sharp voice the owner said that coupon is not excepted. There is a sign posted right when you order on the case that said buy one get one free foot-long coupons are not excepted here all other coupons are excepted. I looked at the owner and pointed to the sign (that was clearly made on a personal printer and not stamped with the subway logo and trademark) and reminded him that the sign said “all other coupons were excepted and here is an example of that”. He got mad he said I’m the owner and I can choose when a coupon is excepted or not. And I said well what about that sign and he said that sign is done and he promptly went straight over to the keys and ripped it off the case and wanted it up in front of me. And I said so you don’t except any coupons here ever even though you have that sign up there in which he said again I can do whatever I want I’m the owner. So corporate subway bigwigs, this subway is a nightmare and the owner is even worse.

WORST subway ever!!

This subway is absolutely terrible! I ordered food through the app, was unable to claim coupons so my order was $49 and some change for 4 foot longs and 1 six inch sandwich. I picked up my order and got home and EVERY single one was wrong. All the sauces and veggies ordered were put on every sandwich Rather than the ones they were ordered on. I took the food back to subway where they refused to remake the sandwiches and refused to give me a refund because "it's the apps fault it messes up the orders" per their staff! I left without a refund or food because there was no way any of us would be eating sanwiches with mayo, mustard, sweet onion sauce, and tomato sauce!!! just wow! unprofessional and unacceptable!!
