This BK location is the best BK I have ever been to. The staff here are consistently friendly and service is very fast. Our food is always fresh and visually appealing. Whatever management at this location is doing, please keep it up. You and your staff are doing great!

We went through the drive thru today. We pulled up to the window and were waiting to pay. We watched a woman pick up the containers to put our hashbrowns into. She then put the side of her hand to her face while still holding the containers. She coughed onto her hand and the containers. Then she started to put hashbrowns into those contaminated containers. It was a rather wet sounding cough. Thankfully we had not paid yet so we left immediately and went somewhere else. Be careful! Maybe choose somewhere else to go.

I hate doing this cause Burger King is one of my family's and my favorite fast food places and has been for as long as i can remember. Abd this was the one and only (as of now) issue (I'm sure there's little issues) but nothing like this. We were taking our son back to school and had been driving at that point for about 3 hours. We were all hungry and without hesitation everyone said they wanted to go to Burger King. we had to keep driving so we went thru the drive thru. (Let it be known we aren't picking nor complaining about much. We understand it's fast food and you can't expect 5 star food. We paid for the food then we parked to make sure we had everything and passed out the food before getting back on the road to go back home. I went thru the bag s saw we had everything and headed out. Being that my husband was driving he didn't eat his till we got thru traffic. He eventually got his out and it was dark. He bit down and his chicken was so hard it chipped his tooth. He got three all together and every one was inedible. My 8 year's chicken nuggets were the same. He could only eat half of them. We were already 2 hours or so away from the Burger King so there was nothing we could do. We would just want fresh ones. Not for anyone to get in any kind of trouble or anything. I worked in retail for years and my family owns a restaurant. Maybe the manager there needs help or something. Do if the head office somehow sees this. If you want the store number. Please look me up on Facebook and send me pm . Abd I'll get it for you.I really hope this hasn't ruined the restaurant for my kids and husband. I know he's saying never again.I guess my point for me to put this on here is to remind everyone, as silly as it seems, LOOK AT YOUR FOOD BEFORE BITING INTO ANYTHING. LOL ! ?♥️
Was in there a couple days ago. Went through the drive thru and they charged me for 2 meals. Only ordered one and only got one. I went inside and talked to the lil Chinese guy who said it would take a long time for him to refund the money and a long time to see the money get back in the bank. No worries but he kept trying to give me food to make up for his mistake. I didn’t want the food just the money. After he told me he would have to ring up the order again and charge me again just to refund the money. At that point i knew he was crazy and i left. Buyer beware of this scamming place

$3.80 for a whopper Junior, and I was handed an ice cold bag. The bag was cold as well as the bun,the he burger inside was barely warm. As far as I'm concerned this was my last BK, as they aren't made fresh.
