Not sure what was going on in the drive through around 12:30pm today. The line didn’t move from the speaker for 5-6 minutes for each car. Cars were leaving left and right. Waited 38 mins just in the drive through.

The employees completely ignored me and wouldn't fix the Doordash order I was waiting on. About 15 minutes later a third employee, female, came from the back and asked what do I need. I told her that I had been standing there waiting for a doordadh order. She then proceeded to make the order. By that time, doordash asked if I would like to unassign from the order since I had been there waiting a while. I accepted and left. Terrible terrible customer service.

When I pulled in (7pm) I thought they was closed because of how dark the parking lot was. I pulled into drive-thru and the young man was very nice, it had much respect and showed great patience, nowadays you can't find that from many people in customer service, its considered to be very rare so I really needed to point this young man out for his customer service, but here it comes.... the food he handed me was not fresh at all, I order cheese tots that barely had any heat to them and it was my first time trying them and from what I could gather it seem that if they were fresh them may actually be good, and my impossible burger taste as if they just grab a well sat patty and made a sandwich out of it, there was no traces of heat or freshness to it, I couldn't even eat it and I just love that sandwich when its made fresh so that was a waste of my well earned money. Probably will give that location another try because of the customer service but not no time soon.Vegetarian options: Impossible Burger

It is fast food but they grill their burgers and use a good grDe of beef. It is acceptible for weight watchers and serves a whopper jr. Approved by bariatric surgery 4 oz. Menue.Dietary restrictions: I can only eat a whopper jr. It fits the ounces and orotein requirement
I placed an order for delivery via the BK app. Both of my sandwiches were prepared incorrectly, with items I PAID for being left off. Very disappointed that you took my money, but then didn't give me what I paid for.
