Driver was amazing. Food, not so much what I remembered. Sauce is very sweet and asked for extra toppings and wasn't given. Another pizza came overcooked. Breadsticks were very basic. Good cheese sauce to dip them in. For the price, not what I had hoped

I just visited Donatos for lunch with my grandmother. I didn’t catch his name, but the gentleman that took our order was amazing! He was friendly, personable, and quick! He brought our food out to us and checked on us several times. He went above and beyond! He was a breath of fresh air compared to other lunch spots in town!

I ordered 17 pizzas for a company luncheon I was told it would take 1 hour. They actually had it completed in 40 minutes. So fast and clearly identified marked on boxes each type. They assisted me in getting the pizzas piled in my vehicle! I was thrilled!! Great tasting pizzas! Everyone was satisfied!

Asiago cheese bread I ordered, with pizza nd bredsticks. My GOD I hope my kids won't sick tonight after row dough from cheese bread. It was flat bread cheese on top cheese burned from top bottom was row dough. One of employee told me spouse to cut before cook cheese bread, that's how spouse to be cook as cheese bread sorry my ever first order became last order. My God row dough how we can digest????,
After even pointing to the salad I wanted and naming it I was still given the wrong one. The cashier did not give me the receipt I asked for and after five attempts to speak to manager or other staff I I could get was some Indian guy who doesn't even work there even he transfers twice they hung up on me. Not paying for this and already disputed charge with my bank. Horrible customer service!!!!
