I order for our company on Tuesdays. Usually about 11-15 orders. I signed up for an account with this company and the email sent to me to verify my email address was a bad link. Can't verify my email address. Somehow I was still able to add items into the cart.I was entering the orders as I got them from my employees only to find out that the cart just deleted the order if it sits idle for more than 10 minutes. Why? Is there some security risk here that it ever needs to expire? Also, its s sub shop, why wouldn't you have a place to put people's name for obviously custom orders on this website?So I wait to add everything until I have all the orders. But at some point the thing stopped adding the orders and was stuck at 13 items and the total. No matter what I tried adding to the cart it did not add it to the cart. Im so frustrated at this point because time is ticking. I need an 11:45 pickup and it's already 10:30.So I call the store hoping that I can just tell them my order. YOu have helpful employees. Its the only reason I didnt rate this establishment a 1 star.It's now closer to 11am. Since it was such a large order they asked me to email it. So I did. I emailed it to them immediately. Left my phone number with them so that I can pay by card over the phone when it was all set. 15 minutes later they call me and ask if I had emailed it. I had. So then we figure out a different email to send it to. OK.I still need an 11:45 pickup. At this point it's 11:15-11:20. So, I'm waiting for them to call me so I can pay. 11:45 rolls around and I call and speak with who I assume is the manager. She's in the middle of making all these orders still and tells me she will need another 15 minutes.So now it should be done at noon. We can wait. One of our employees leaves at noon and it takes about 6-8 minutes to get to the Sub place. So they had more than the 15 minutes they needed to get it all done. We were thinking maybe 20 minutes and he should be back with the order.12:30 rolls around. He is still not back. Our Store Manager says that our employee is still waiting for the order that is STILL being made... 45 minutes after they needed just 15 more minutes? We decided that that employee would pay with our store card on site.Finally at 12:40 our employee is back with our order.None of the salads have dressing.No napkinsNo cutleryThe wrong chipsMissing potato bowl of soupAt least the food had our employee names on it so distributing the food wasn't too difficult. That was nice.Incredibly frustrating experience.Broken links.An expiring cart for a sub shop - wuh?A cart that stops accepting items after a certain point. Why?An email address that doesn't work. Its 2024. Might want to look into that.Employees who tried their best but can only do so much when their technology isn't working. Though the lack of napkins, forks, soup, wrong chips and no dressing... Hmm.I know they were slammed because it was lunch time so I get it, to a degree. But no dressings for the salads? Also the veggies in the salads were wilted. Like those tomatoes were cut last Saturday, and its Tuesday.Awful experience and we will not be ordering from you guys again.Cheers.4/4/24 - Edit after Owner Reply:The amount of stuff that was wrong is just not salvageable. Not to mention the numerous other reviews which all touch on the same issues we had. So while your cookie cutter reply was seen I do not believe that you will do anything at all to remedy these issues. Best of luck to you.

We had mobile ordered this morning right at 10:30 am and arrived before our food was scheduled to be ready, the service was fast, exceptional, and friendly! Hope, Tiffany, and Jesme(sp?) were phenomenal & even brought over a fire chief hat for our little guy!

We have ordered here twice this year and both times our order has been messed up. The first order seemed as though they didn’t actually look at the order when making it, but instead just gave us the default way those sandwiches were made. Today, part of our order was 4 chocolate chip cookies only for them to give us 2 birthday cake ones and 2 oatmeal raisin ones instead without saying anything (it would have been better to just refund them instead). I filed a complaint about the first order the correct way through the website, however that was weeks ago and I haven’t heard from Firehouse yet. We normally love firehouse, but this is our last time ordering from this location.

Walked in and was greeted immediately. I placed my order and received my food quickly. I always like to go to Firehouse Subs as my father was a firefighter for 30 years and I love the program that they run. Food is slightly higher priced for what you get, but don’t mind it that much. Restaurant decor is great as it depicts local firefighting efforts.

This was an experience that I wasn't expecting, I walked in and was greeted by the manager as if he had known me forever.He made sure that I got any extras that came with the hot pastrami sub I ordered, this is a place to get the best food the best service and the friendliest atmosphere. I would highly recommend ordering from this particular firehouse sub.

I do not normally order from Firehouse as I am a Subway kinda gal and now FOR GOOD REASON!Their subs are COMPLETELY SLOPPY. Can't even pick up the dang sun without stuff falling out! It's a mess! I did not go in so service wise I cannot comment but by the presentation.... Plain and simple DO BETTER FIREHOUSE!

So this is the Hawaiian coleslaw pork sandwich. Very sad looking sandwich with little to no coleslaw at all. The service was great. The people were very nice, but this was not worth the money.

I took a panda food and was sitting outside to enjoy my food and one of your employee was sitting there started puffing his cigarettes one by one and started coughing and spitting next to the chair. He did not even bother to spit in the curb. Just spit near the entrance to your store. Please let them go in the back of the store and do whatever they want. At least try to maintain the front. I just wanted to enjoy the little bit of summer we have in Indiana. Thanks.
