Everyone was pleasant and knew just what they were doing. It made the "going thru the line" very quick! Love Five GuysKid-friendliness: There were a few kids in the restaurant just being kids, and couple of the guys kidded with them.

While the food is good, the prices are insanely ridiculous. You're making burgers not a steak or lobster. You literally have to be in the upper class wage bracket to enjoy food from this place. Such a shame
I went here for a business lunch recently with my colleague, James/Tony. The burger was delicious. The patty was grilled to perfection and the veggies were crispy. The fries were only okay and took longer than usual to cook. They also served too many fries with my meal, I had to throw some in the trash can. The fountain Coke Zero was especially good.

The dining room was very cold. It felt like the AC was still on. It was in the low 40's out. Unfortunately, the service was not unusual by today's low standards. It was sad when the cashier had to ask for help to give us change back.

Food & atmosphere were fine.The customer service was horrible. The young man who was at the register didn't greet us at ALL, just stood there staring at us & didn't ask any follow up questions about anything that was ordered.
