This location has gone downhill. The restrooms are disgusting. The staff doesn't know how to work the credit card scanner. The service overall is just not as great as it used to be. The food is still delicious.

I had a less than ideal experience with Hotbox pizza. They called me 20 minutes late, claiming my pizza was ready, but due to a shortage of delivery drivers, I had to pick it up myself. When I arrived, my pizza was made incorrectly, resulting in an extra 10-minute wait for a remake. Frustrating and time-consuming. ⭐⭐

The food costs a little more but the flavor is definitely worth it! The taste is great and they don't skimp on the toppings. :)

Ordered several pizzas (+$100) that came with barely any sauce. They weren’t ordered that way, but they almost looked like cheese bread there was so little sauce. The first person started to explain why there was so little sauce and then stopped by another employee mid sentence. I called twice to speak to a manager and was “disconnected” twice so I gave up. Order from a different location if you have the choice.

I ordered last night for my younger brother and his friend at 10pm. We were quoted a 10:45 delivery, but after waiting till 11:15 and no sign of our food I called the store. No one answered the phone either time I called. My younger brother called too but instead the phone was picked up and declined. After another 10 minutes we had decided to bail on our pizza and try to find another place to eat. Right before we went to leave the delivery driver dropped off our food. While I was relieved I hadn’t spent $70 on no food, I was even more disappointed when I opened our food. None of the food was hot, all of our sauces had been crushed and exploded in a bag leaving a holy mess, our brownie we ordered was replaced with a raw cookie, and our pizza was awful. I felt so bad for the boys because although they didn’t want to say anything, they later expressed how terrible the pizza was and half of it was just plain cheese! Worst pizza experience i’ve ever had, especially given the location of this store is a 2 minute drive from my house.

Low light. Tables weren't cleaned off and we dined right after the restaurant had opened for the day. Manager not dressed professional.

The most incompetent pizza place in the area. My son loves hotbox and I swear 2 out of 3 times, they are always 30 minutes late and the pizza is cold. Tonight was the last straw. I ordered at 6 and told to expect by 635. At 7 I called and was told it left at 640 and to expect it soon. I called at 715 and was told by a manager that it left at 705. I asked how long should I wait before calling again. He told me 8!!! I called at 730 and was told it left at 720. Finally, at 8 with no sign of a pizza, I talked to Brendon who told me that my pizza was actually still at the store and looked like it had been sitting out for at least an hour. Apparently the three other people I talked to could not find my pizza or see it was there. They voided my order and I had to finally tell my son no pizza party for us tonight. I will not be ordering through them again.

I would never recommend this place. My son and I stopped in to have pizza we ordered and waited forever and finally I check on our pizza that was suppose to be ready 30 ago (our first time visiting this business) manager says idk I just got here.....um no you didn't I walked in at the same time you walked in to do an interview with the girl that was waiting on you to get here. So ordered long story short the kid that put my order in the system put in for take out and his shift was over after I ordered. So no one had checked on us the whole time there and no apology. Also it looks like someone was high that painted and designed the area for guest. Bathrooms and the hallway smelled horrible too. Needless to say we left and I had a very sad 6year old on my hands. Never go to this place.

Jandre, Alex, and the team really went above and beyond when I came in with a complicated order on a build-your-own pizza! They took the time to make sure they knew what I wanted and got to work.I was in and out speedy quick in ~15min and the pizza came out just how I wanted. We ordered the pizza split into 4 sections: Big Al’s Fredo, B-Ripp, Heavy Veggy, BBQ. The BBQ had chicken, bacon, red onion, green pepper, and Roma tomatoes with mozzarella. The BBQ was hands down the best BBQ pizza I’ve ever had. The other three types were top notch as well.Blew it out of the water guys!

Deer Creek lunch special comes with 6 breadsticks! So it may seem a little pricey for a lunch special, but it's worth it. The marinara dipping sauce was too thick to be able to dip the breadsticks into.

First time ordering from Hotbox...and the last time. I heard so many people say how good the pizza was, I decided to try it. First of all, it's about the most expensive delivery pizza out there. More expensive than Jet's and Marco's. I consider Jet's and Marco's good pizza and they do well on the toppings. For Hotbox, we paid 54 dollars for delivery of two large pizzas. One just pepperoni and the other pepperoni, green pepper, and onion. Both arrived in good order, and fast enough. When I opened the box, I found they threw in tootsie rolls that were just melted all over. The toppings were skimpy. One whole slice of pepperoni pizza had one half piece of pepperoni on it...and I asked for extra pepperoni on the order. Extra pepperoni at Hotbox means they'll charge you more and give you less. The sauce was almost non-existent. The flavor of the pizza wasn't bad. It just wasn't worth 54 dollars for two pizzas, with few toppings, when you look at the competition out there. Next time, I'm sticking with Jet's, Marco's, or Pizza Hut.

The workers are just on their phone, the food is not good, they don't wear gloves or wash their hands, the ambiance is horrible, Horrible service.
