Three men working. Not one smiled. Not one said hello, thank you, etc. one guy said you’re welcome when I said thank you but overall they seemed to alll hate their job and seem miserable. Next time I think I’ll stop at penn station where they are always friendly.

This was the worst experience I have had. The employees standing around talking while I wait 10 minutes on one sandwich while the store is empty? Then a child comes in and they make his sandwich along with the language behind the counter. It’s an embarrassment.

Unfortunately this store is a hot mess..the last 4 times ordered there’s been an issue. This time 2 sauces paid for not in the bag and told can’t get a refund for the items that I didn’t receive had to then send the poor delivery guy back out..last time delivery guy took my food to the wrong apt and had to remake and re deliver my order after an hour of waiting the first time..two times before this I ordered online waited for over an hour just to call the store to check on delivery status and find out that they don’t even have a delivery driver..not once but twice..was never reached out to to let me know. Jimmy johns has always been my favorite over the years but now that this is the store in my delivery range and I’ve had poor experience after poor experience I will not be giving it another try. Really a bummer

Stopped in at 9:30...didn't feel welcome..tried to order sanwich to go (handwritten sign said lobby closed for dine in) i get wanting to close..but 30 minutes before close is not unreasonable . Wanted to order one sandwich..both employees moving in slow motion..finally acknowledged me...then said could not take cash this late. I left..they obviously don't want the business

The customer service at this location is absolutely horrendous and absurd. The employees are quite possibly the laziest people I’ve ever encountered. The dining room is a wreck and filthy. Brandon who rang up our order at the cash register, had earbuds in his ears and had biggest IDGAF attitude. He had a look of disgust and did not even acknowledge us until we said hello. Completely unprofessional. These people need to get it together.

Took 2 hours to receive 3 sandwiches and a bag of chips on Wednesday at 2pm. The first delivery didn't show up. I called a hour after the order and they told me it was on the way. I called again a half a hour later and they told me they didn't know where the order was. I finally received me redelivery another 30mins later without my chips and mayo packets. 2 hours after I originally ordered. Sandwich was still good though just took quite s while to get.

I done with this location. It was good but they constantly make the food incorrect. Today I placed an order during my lunch and had to leave and come back because they were taking walk ins before online orders, online orders a prepaid and should be taken immediately along with walk ins. There's usually about 10 people working at a time but only 3 are actually doing something, the others are stanind back and watching. Jimmy johns as a whole has went down hill but this location has become terrible. You can no longer rely on "freaky fast" food

They have the front door block and said it’s online only. Quit being lazy and clean your dang dinning room. Lazy no good for nothing kids.

This restaurant is terrible. I placed a deliver order and never received my food but was charged for it. When I spoke with the general manager of the store Dave Hall, he told me that it was a mistake that could not be fixed, then proceeded to disconnect the call. How unprofessional! If I could leave 0 starts I would, never again jimmy jhons!

This location is always very fast. However, in the past 6 months, seemingly, each time I pick up sandwiches, I end up with at least one sandwich being completely wrong. I'm not certain what has caused the change but it leaves much to be desired.

I have ordered twice from this location and both times had issues. First time the deliver guy arrives with half my order. Second time I order at 1207 when I started my lunch break at work. I received the order at 100 pm as my break is ending. Keep in mind this location is literally across the street from where I work.
