Poorly managed location. Under staffed. I feel bad for the staff they have trying to keep up. Last visit they had no bread at all. Step in Jimmy John’s and fix this location.

Since this store opened, we have enjoyed the friendly, customer-focused service, with correct orders every time we stop on our way home from church. However, the past two Sundays (2/11 and 2/18) we have been disappointed by the new server complaining about his job, forgetting what was requested on the sandwich, and sloppily wrapping the sandwiches. We'll give it one more try and then find another place to stop on Sunday.

Avoid this location. Have had multiple orders made incorrectly multiple times. They rarely follow order requests made online (i.e. sandwich cut in half, names written on sandwich wrappers), make mistakes with order customization often. Staff doesn’t seem to care much about anything.

This location has always been great until recently. They need staff. An app order can take 30-45 minutes!! #freakyfrustrating!!

We are The Light

This location is only good for walk in orders. Do not order delivery unless you want to be extremely disappointed! My order was delivered to a building across from mine and squished in between doors to sit outside in the sun. The manager does not expect good customer service and acts like he does not care.

Food service is slow for a Jimmy John’s, not the most friendly atmosphere either. My main issue is doing pick up at this place and they never update on the app so you just have to show up and wonder if your food is done or not.

Extremely slow service. Order was not out for delivery after a long wait and they couldn't tell me when the delivery driver would be able to pick it up. Not the first time I've had issues with this particular location.Ended up cancelling the order and getting food elsewhere.

Probably best to order from another location regardless of how close it is since it will still get to you sooner. This location takes forever to delivery! Opposite of freaky fast.

Order took over an hour and a half to be delivered. Arrived warm and drinks ice was all melted. It was being "delivered" for over an hour so pretty sure it sat in the car being driven around for all this time. I ended up throwing the sandwich away because it was soggy and warm. They are always slow but this was unacceptable.

Food was fine. Bathroom was clean. I ordered a little John with extra mayo packets. The child working behind the counter thought it would be funny to give me 21 mayo packets, which together weighed more than my sandwich. I confronted the manager and he looked at me like I was on fire. Service is crazy slow here also.

Just watched the guy prepping the bread, drop the dough on the floor, pick it up, and bake it.Dam...someone's gonna get that today.Also, they took a catering order @1 pm on Saturday, and it totally shut the place down.20 min for a sandwich. It's happens...but the dough thing...that's just crazy.

Went into the restaurant thinking it would be typical fast food service, I was shocked. The man at the register (let’s just call him Max for privacy reasons) looked at me his with his light blue eyes and cheerfully asked “Welcome to Jimmy John’s! Home of the freaky fresh sandwich! May I take your order?” He then proceeded to make my sandwich by himself in approximately 29.9 seconds, freaky fast amirite!? I looked in the sandwich wrap and it had his Snapchat written on it. Me and Max have been on an 38 day snapping streak since ?. The food itself was alright ig.
