I had not been here since they remodeled inside. The atmosphere and appearance is super nice and very well laid out and spacious. I had the ham and cheese on a croissant. The croissants here are absolutely amazing!! And of course the star of the show is there perfectly made chili. The chili does not have beans just like real chili shouldn't, and these guys make it to perfection! Also, I'm addicted to tea and their tea is hands down some of the best in town!

Zach Manager is completely disrespectful. Hangs up on you after receiving the wrong order for carry out. Then tells me they are close and they can't help me. Drive all the way back there and people are still eating there. And the doors are open and he refuses to talk to me.

I love the food and the service at the Noblesville McAlister's Deli. The food tastes very good, I particularly like the reuben sandwich, the New Yorker and the turkey club, I sometimes like to choose the build one's sandwich option and have chicken and turkey together. The atmosphere is very pleasant, the staff are quiet and polite and give good and prompt service. I did not like the place in the distant past, but the way it is run now is great. It is the opposite of how it was when I disliked it in every way, now. I have no complaint about the restaurant, and much good to say. I try to get my family to eat here whenever I can. I like the fact that we can get our sodas refilled on our own, without having to get it from someone else, too.

The absolute best staff ever! My wife got emotional hangry and ONLY McAlister's sounded even remotely ok. I ran out the door as fast as I could only to get there 10 min before close. Everything was mostly cleaned and packed up already, I asked if the kitchen was already closed and even said not to worry if it was, but they were so nice! All smiles, invited me right up and took my order. When I apologized for being "that guy" and told them my story they even threw in a drink and a cookie and said they hoped my wife felt better after dinner! Class acts all the way around, super impressed, can't wait to come back!
This McAlister’s is always filthy, sticky, and overall dirty. The customer service is also lacking, employees always standing around and don’t greet or treat customers properly at the register. On multiple occasions they have dumped out their tea before closing and don’t come around asking customers for refills before dumping it. Instead of leaving with a full cup of tea, I leave empty handed. Please do better.
