When I first came in to see what was holding my wife up, I definitely didn't treat the person who answered my question nicely. I was rude and let my life problems this morning direct how I interacted with the employee(s). After I dropped my wife at work I noticed I didn't receive my Sprite and one of the Breakfast Burritos I ordered looked like it was smashed together. I called the store and spoke with the Assistant General Manager and he informed me it was him I had talked to in the store. He explained the situation and treated me kindly and respectfully, even tho I didn't give him that kind of respect first, he offered to remake the entire order and I declined and only really wanted the Sprite and one burrito remade, and that I would gladly give him the burrito that was messed up back. He allowed me to keep the burrito and even remade the two burritos for me. He definitely showed professionalism and compassion when honestly didn't have to. I profusely apologized to him, not because he was the manager or because he remade the food but because his continued attitude of kindness and customer service made me realize that I had majorly disregarded the respect and was unnecessarily being aggressive and he didn't hold it against me and still corrected the order. Recently I became a homeless veteran with a family of 5 and he honestly made a difference in my day and reminded me that doesn't matter what you're going through, everyone still deserves respect and kindness. I don't remember his name but he was the assistant general manager (young guy). Hes honestly such a good role model and great manager.

Rude Mexican lady who is working the drive thru window should be fired. She is extremely rude and unprofessional. Made us pull up and wait for a very long time for food (understandable when it’s lunch time) and did not give me the ketchup with my meal as requested and when I asked her for some ketchup she told me we can drive through the line again for ketchup….absolutely ridiculous. McDonald’s you should hire people who actually care about their job and take it seriously. This location is going down hill which is a shame considering the nice area it is in.

Waited in line at the drive thru for over 15 minutes before breakfast ended and was informed when I finally got to order that breakfast was over even though I’d waited for a ridiculous amount of time in the drive thru. It was 10:32 am. I know these fast food places don’t care about us but man this McDonald’s takes it to a new level. Good news is I now know where not to take my money from now from. Don’t patronize this place.

Paid 12 bucks for adult meal just for the nuggets men. Didn't get in box. Called the Manger soon I left the line an was called a lier said I got it. Won't be back.
I dont eat at mcDonalds. Once a month I struggle to eat a fillet of fish with light sauce with an occasional stop for an Ice Cream cone in the summer time. I have a lot of food issues. I can't eat most meats because of texture, no breads, no carbinationed beveragesDietary restrictions: Very limited menu for me.

My husband was threatened by one of your employees and you refused to do anything about it. No one should ever go to any location under the power of these owners unless you’d like your day to consist of being threatened by a young adult with an inferiority complex. 0.0 out of 5. I visited the drive thru of the newly rebuilt McDonald's. The cashier gave me incorrect change back. When I brought it to her attention she was unable to understand English well enough to make the correction. I excused her because I felt badly for her. This is a problem in my opinion.
