Got the garlic noodles with Parmesan crusted chicken for me and my one year old to eat for dinner. I was a tired dad and didn’t think about a one year old and garlic hahaha. So I go up to the counter to get the kid a Mac and cheese, and told the girl at the counter it was great, but my one year old wasn’t a fan so I needed some Mac. She says “it’ll be right up” and I go to pull my card out and she says it’s policy to get a free meal if the customer doesn’t like it. I told her I thought it was great it’s just the baby that doesn’t like it. She insisted on the policy. you rarely get Customer Service like that nowadays, it was pretty cool

I just ordered from this location, which I rarely do anymore because the attention to detail clearly lacks in the afternoon employees here. They delayed my food because it was burnt, which I appericate. No one wants burnt food! But where they failed, they still provided me with not only the burnt food but did not provide my meat or extra meat (meatballs, wanted more than 3). They wanted proof it was burnt then refused to do a reorder but did refund my meal.This is not the first time they forget to put everything with the order either.If you want good food and all of it. Drive a few more miles to fishers... seriously they do not care at this location.

We dined in on Monday 11/20 early evening. When served we thought we had received the wrong order, eventually we determined it was actually our error. The lady didn’t blink, with professionalism and a pleasant tone, she made the order over, we felt bad because there was not an error to begin with.

Little pricey for noodles, but always taste good and not a super long wait. One time they were out of a lot of ingredients because the truck was late, but the staff did what they could. Can't blame the employees for a late delivery.

Food quality here has dropped quite a bit in the last year. Noodles are still cold, sauces seem like they are burnt. If you get chilled easily bring a jacket. The dining room is always very cold.

I’lm having dinner at the Noodles in Noblesville. I placed an order for Penna Rosa assuming it would include chicken. I should have been more clear on my order. When I saw it served without the chicken I asked if I could add the chicken. The staff quickly delivered a separate dish of chicken without charge. I appreciated their service!

THANK GOODNESS this location has made improvements! Kids used to love this place but the food and service had been bottom barrel for a few years so we've avoided it. Saw recent reviews were positive so gave it another shot and they are back on their game. Food was great, back like it used to be, and service was prompt and courteous! Was a web order to-go and packed by Rain. Awesome job Rain and kitchen crew, please keep it up!! You are appreciated!

I ordered 3 things; Japanese Pan Noodles, a kids meal, and a Rice Krispie. They forgot broccoli in the Japanese pan noodles, the Rice Krispie, a side dish for the kids meal and the milk for the kids meal.
