Order by kiosk and had to wait as I could not hear when they called my name. Soup was good but could tell it had set there a while. Had to hear a customer sitting and talking business on his phone and doing work on his laptop the entire time. I'm not a judgment person but think maybe people who conduct their work in eating establishment would try and pick an area alittle more private. Not everyone wants to hear their business.

Huge disappointment! We were not greeted but rather practically ignored. I don't understand why a business would promote touchscreen kiosks to the point of having them scattered in several locations in the establishment, yet not offer hand sanitizer as well. I went to wash my hands in the restroom, and it was filthy! I wanted to inform staff that there were no paper towels but could even get anyone's attention. Management desperately needs to step up their game at this location.

The food is good, but the dining room is always filthy. Every single table is dirty every time I come here. I come during all kinds of hours, slow and busy times. If this were to improve it would be a much nicer resteraunt.

Love Panera! The food is great! You can customize your sandwich and they do a good job following instructions. Everyone is very nice. The place is a good place to have a nice talk with your friend and good food. Also, I have to say that I love the SipClub membership? Get the app and you will get good promotions as well.
Update. The quality and size of food keeps sropping but prices creep up.Panera has a new menu with all clean food. My old favorites are no longer my new favorites. On this visit I had Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt and it was delicious. In the past I got the Italian Sandwich but do not like the new Giardiniera as much as the prior toppings. As with all Paneras the service is great and the staff friendly and helpful.

I recently had dental work, and i need a liquid diet for several days. I have found great flavored soup here. Love that we can sit, relax, and visit with friends while we eat and not feel we're being rushed out. We didn't have a lot of contact with employees as we ordered at self-service kiosks, but while we ate, a polite employee passed our table and asked if she could take any empty dishes.

I ordered from their website for inside pick up. Clearly states that order will be on a shelf inside, which is mostly true. I also ordered an orange juice and fountain drink, but you have to make your own fountain drink, which was not stated anywhere. The bag was taped shut and I could not tell that the orange juice was in it, and when I asked if the drinks were in the bag, the guy at the counter told me I had to get my own cup which is on the other side of the store from the actual drink fountain, and then tried to give me a little kids box of juice, as he obviously had no idea what was happening. A girl came over to look for the juice in my bag, which was there. This whole process defeats the purpose of placing an order online and being told it will be ready when you arrive....except the drinks may not be! They also put a cold orange juice in the same bag with my hot soup, which makes no sense.

The food here is wonderful! I usually never have any issues with the food being gross. The service is great - I never have to wait forever for my food!Vegetarian options: Not very many vegetarian options, but the ones they do have are great!
