Consistently good food. I really like the new sandwich.

I do not understand how hard it is to check a bag and an order before you seal it. I have ordered from this place a handful of times, it's just a person making a mistake not the business right? Nope after the FIFTH time in a row not giving me my full order, I am done. Completely and utterly done. If you go here great but don't order online EVER.

Soup came out barely warm. And when it was brought up to staff, we were told to use a microwave instead of them fixing the issue. Will not be back.

I wanted to like it, I really did. But my expectations were quickly crushed. It starts as soon as you walk in, the tables are never cleanly. Between the soggy bread bowl and the dry sandwich bread, I have made the official decision, after many visits, that I will not be coming back. So long

Horrible. $50 for a family of three. I ordered a whole bowl of the chicken broccoli teriyaki thing. What I got was half full and the broccoli was only recognizable under a microscope. $14 for that, and left hungry. They have gotten rid of almost all their customer facing employees too. Sad. Panera days are over for us I guess.

I was taking lunch to a friend who had had surgery and asked what she would like. She said that she had seen the chicken teriyaki broccoli advertised and would like to try that. The picture of this in the drive-through is beautiful. Lots of teriyaki chicken and lots of bright green broccoli. As I took it out of the bag for her, we both looked at and neither one said anything. It didn't look anything like the picture. The chicken, what there was of it, was dark meat full of bone, gristle, and fat. Not one piece of it was fully edible. There were four very very small pieces of light green/yellow broccoli. Over 95% of the bowl was mushy white rice with a scant dabbling of teriyaki sauce. She had already taken all if the chicken out and then took a bite of the rice. She quickly discarded it. She looked at me and said, "I'm really sorry but I can't eat this. It is disgusting." I threw it away and made her some scrambled eggs for her lunch. It was an unfortunate experience.

The food was great, but there was no interaction at all with the staff. You ordered at a kiosk, picked up your own food, and cleaned your table.
The new Southwest Chicken Ssalad was fantastic!
