We received multiple emails from the Westfield Rd Pizza Hut...and decided to take advantage of a free large pizza tonight given we had accumulated well over 300 points for their rewards program. My wife spent 25 mins on the phone ordering only never re receiving a reward thru the PH app. When I finally picked up the order the unit manager was of zero help saying it's not their problem...but admitted many customers experience the same issue ! No discount or coupon or apology was given. When I used to manage PH this never would have occurred. What happened to keeping promises or commitments to the people that have sustained your business for so long. Our family will no longer frequent the Noblesville Westfield Rd Pizza Hut !

We waited about 30 minutes once we were seated before being asked about drinks or anything. We managed to flag someone about not being waited on and then another 10 minutes to get the waitress.

Pick up in drive thru took a while because they apparently messed up the pick up in front of me because saw them give a full refund. Ordered cheese bread with marinara and got no marinara.

I semi-regularly dine here for their affordable lunch special, personal pan pizza, drink, all you can eat salad bar ?Unfortunately, from my understanding, covid killed their pizza buffet but this location has the same sort of atmosphere and floor plan for it
