This place was SO dirty I almost didn't stay. 3 young men behind the counter without a care in the world haphazardly throwing food into bowls and literally all over the counter.The drink station was a mess and it was just overall very unclean. Maybe we walked in after a rush but even then it shouldn't be as disheveled as it was if you maintain a bit while you go.The one guy serving us was literally rolling his eyes while he made food but the one at the register was at least decent....and for $55 for 3 people...never again!

Was forced to tip when I was only getting a large drink.. he reached around and hit the tip button. Not sure why but felt wrong to me. I go there a lot for drinks because I work close but not sure if I'll return after that.

Service was absolutely horrific, unwelcoming and flat out disrespectful. I was told my order would be out in five minutes, which was fine. The restaurant had customers, but only a few people in line. Seven or eight minutes went by, and I gently reminded a different employee of the name for my order. Then the employee that told me five minutes the first time walked up and told me to wait five more minutes again, as if he already addressed me and told me how long I should wait even though that time had past. I told them that they said that the last time, to which the other employee decided to respond with hostility and rudeness, letting me know that they were very busy and that I shouldn't complain. Even if that was the case, which it wasn't, then they should have been honest about wait times upfront instead of snapping at customers for bad service on the stores behalf. Certainly won't be returning anytime soon.

I work next door and I usually come for a drink for my shift. Store is typically clean and staff is usually nice. Today, I went in for my lil drink and the cashier reached around and just automatically put a tip on... I asked him since when is this mandatory and he said since the summer. No it isn't, lol. But whatever. This is the only thing that has annoyed me for the past three years.

It’s about time Qdoba shuts this location down. It has happened 3rd time in a row. Asked for chicken and they put 2-3 pieces in it. This time no chicken and I added 4 different salsa’s but there is no chicken and no salsas in there. Looks like my ordered got mixed up with someone else. Most of the times items are out and employees are overwhelmed with number of orders.

Manager at restaurant was servicing. First they didn’t have and cholula chicken made so she put the original chicken in the metal container and stirred it with the tiny bits of chicken the cholula chicken. Then went to order another bowl the scoop of rice was about an 1/8 of a cup (not even a full scoop) she then put maybe 1/8 cup of chicken in the bowl and spread that out because chicken ran out. Needless to say I told her I didn’t want it. She smirked and didn’t do anything to fix the issue. Pretty sure other restaurants will fix the he issue but not this ine

Ordered on DoorDash and our dasher was waiting at the store for 30 minutes. I ordered a bowl and it was missing pico, shredded cheese, guacamole, & cilantro. There was half an avocado that looked gross and was so hard my fork would not go through it. It appeared to be built upside down?? There was wayyy too much rice and it was all clumped together. Also added pickled jalapeños and only one was pickled and rest were fresh? Black beans were also hard. The HTC location is the only one that I ever have issues with!! Avoid this location.
